After being a steady customer of Braman BMW for 12+ years, we were shocked at the way we were treated this time around. We were there on 8/5/24 and were helped by salesman Uberto Mora. We showed him a letter that Mauricio from Braman sent us stating that we should come in because they wanted to buy our 2019 BMW X3 and give us a "much higher than market value" for our vehicle. We had been thinking about trading it in any way, so off we went to Braman with Mauricio's letter in hand! We asked for Mauricio at the front desk, but the receptionist said there was no one there by that name. Uh oh. She called Uberto over. We told him that Mauricio sent us and showed him the letter. He said he didn't know anything about that letter nor Mauricio. We were now getting suspicious. But Uberto said he would take care of us. Long story short, we found a 2024 BMW X3 that we wanted. Our 5 yr old X3 had only 20, 573 miles on it. We drove it only 5, 000 miles a year! It was very well taken care of and never in an accident! Braman offered a lowball $15k for it. Unbelievable! We were stunned and insulted! I quickly got on Google checking for fair market values, saw an ad by Carmax, who offered to buy your car, filled out their questionnaire, and their offer was $8,000 higher. We told Uberto to hold the new X3 for us, and we were going to drive out to Carmax and sell them our car and be back with our down payment for the new car. So, that's what we did, and everything worked out the way we wanted it. Next time, we will look for a different BMW dealership. You might think about doing the same thing. read more

Unfortunately the salesman didn't give me the right information on the car then It also had issues that had to be fixed and brought me to Service. When I tried to contact the Salesman to see what they could do about fixing the issues and keeping me on as a loyal customer, he never returned my calls or emails. We had to go back in person to track him down. Disrespectful Customer Service I visited Braman BMW of Miami after scheduling through the general sales manager's office and expecting to test drive a vehicle. Instead, I was placed with a salesperson whose introduction to me was "I have one hour for you." He then took the ad I brought in, read it aloud in a dismissive way, and told me I would need to put down an amount far higher than what was advertised. The way he delivered this was rude, condescending, and made me feel as if I should not even be considering the car. When I tried to follow up with the assistant afterwards, my calls were ignored until I used a different number -- which only added to the sense of being brushed off and disrespected. I left feeling misled, disrespected, and very disappointed. What should have been an exciting opportunity to explore BMW turned into one of the worst dealership experiences I have ever had. Run as far as you can from this dealership. I live in California and purchased our 4th Provenance Rolls Royce from Braman Motors and they lied to me about the condition. The sales representative assured me this car has never been repainted and the carfax was clean. When the car arrived it was in horrible condition and the quarter panel and back bumper were so horribly repainted that you can see the difference. On top of all of this the car had dings and curb rash that was never mentioned to me during the purchase process. The paint of the entire car also had swirl marks and scratches all over. This car clearly did not meet the Rolls Royce Provenance guidelines and was sold to me under false pretenses. When I brought it to their attention they assured me they will rectify this issue and make it right but as of yet have only offered to pay for a paint correction/detail without factoring in that the car will need to be repainted again to look normal and that I will have to deal with significant depreciation when trading it in again since it is repainted. I would have never purchased the car had they told me the truth about it. I wish I had read their reviews before moving through with the purchase because they have done this to many people before. After them not finding the keys, we made the trip back to palm beach. Within 30 mins of leaving Roberto was able to find the keys and had worked with the managers to get me the best deal due to them unable to find the keys the first time I came. Roberto texted me up until the point I returned and made me feel very welcomed while completing the paperwork. He also was very polite and respectful to my parents and little sister with Down syndrome. He saw she was starting to get anxious so he took out a "toy" and let her play with it at her desk. I am very upset with the way I was treated with your company. I talked to Paulo Santos on 11/25 and we finalized the price for a 2019 Rolls Royce Dawn and then filled the credit app to get financing. Then I was told that since I have too many cars they need my bank statements and tax return to get it done which I email to them the same day. After that I was never informed or contacted about the same and I kept waiting. My Credit was checked twice by Braman Motors and BMW financial and nothing was accomplished. If you didn't want to sell the car to me then why was my credit checked and if there was any issue why was I not informed as maybe we could have traded in a car or bought it with more down payment or with all cash. A few days later I found a similar priced 2022 Bentley Flying Spur and it got financed with 15% down payment by Bank of America in two hours. I am very disappointed that with the customer care service and unethical business practices by your company. Keep getting excuses to why car is not being delivered (ex: waiting for funds to be transferred, waiting for transportation company, they don't transport up north daily) all this wasn't being discussed when you were taking my money for the purchase. We had a great experience at Braman Miami. We found a car online. Called to confirm availability and went down there. Normally buying a car is time consuming and daunting. But this experience was a breeze. We worked with Luis. He stayed after hours to finish the transaction. It took just under 2 hours and we were out the door. Really nice dealership. Very professional staff. We test drove the car. Completed a one page finance application and were given a price we were comfortable with. No back and forth haggling. No drama whatsoever. The finance department was also great. No issues. No pressure to add extra warranty packages. Easy and decent interest rate too. This was probably the best car buying experience we have had. Only reason I deducted one star was the detailing department didn't do the best job cleaning the car. They rushed as the dealership was closing. So unfortunately I'll have to have it detailed myself. Scam Alert! $9,000 in additional fees on a Used Car! For a high end luxury car dealer these guys are shysters! I went to purchase a Certified Pre Owned Cadillac for the advertised price. They then produced a contract showing the price+$995 dealer fee+$1995 reconditioning fee+$1995 Certified Pre Owned expenses. And if the extra $5,000 wasn't enough they low balled my trade in by over $4,000 for a total scam amount of $9,000! Understand...they gave me the trade in value then low balled the amount by $4,000 when it was time to write the deal. Really, these people have no business ethics. The receptionist in the parts department does not speak English and was clueless of any questions asked. The service department will not make you aware of coupon discounts that are available to BMW customers. I was able to apply the coupons I was aware of at the time I dropped the car off for service. The service check came back recommending rear break maintenance. I assumed they would apply the coupon even though I didn't explicitly ask them to check.. The did not apply it and refused to give me the discount of $800. They acted Ike thieves. I wrote two emails to the service advisor and asked for consideration from his manager and was ignored. read more

I'm not sure why I keep returning to this dealer, but this would be the last time. It's like they don't want to sell a car. I came to look and test drive a 2025 JCW Countryman, and I was told they'd have to discuss numbers first before I get to test drive it. What world would I discuss a price before I know how the car feels like on the road?. Kept getting told that mini only makes 150 of these models a year which is a blatant lie, you can go online or go to any dealer, build and order exactly what you want, and on top of that they want to charge $5K over MSRP, very upsetting experience when I was able to test drive a JCW Clubman years before with no issue. The salesperson knew ahead of time I wanted to test drive the car, he should have told me he won't let me test drive it unless numbers were talked prior to me arriving after saying I live far away. The interaction was very stand offish and also got his manager involved to basically say "we won't let you test drive the car unless you're okay with getting r*ped with our $5K markup", I was definitely not taken as a serious buyer. What an upsetting experience, this is why I went to genesis across the street and walked out with a G70 3.3T years before because of the same experience please humble yourselves and understand you're selling a MINI COOPER, it's not a ferrari or rolls Royce.
