A few days after calling, Patrick showed up at our door and left a few hours later with the shades completely working. He was nice and helpful, showing me how to program the remote for custom operation. My only complaint is they overcharged on the batteries they needed to be replaced in the unit - a cost of almost 3 times the amazon price. But I didn't have a ladder to do it myself and was tired of not being able to open the shades so I agreed to the price. But other than that, it was a great experience and I'd use them again.

After several calls back and forth they finally sent someone out who determined the cushions were indeed made too small and said they would replace them. Meanwhile, they LOST the throw pillows for several weeks and had no idea what happened with the order. Then, they NEVER REMADE the cushions. After months of going back and forth with no one knowing anything about the repair, they told us they were going out of business and cut off communication. I sent letters to their manager and CEO and got no response. Now, almost a year later, I come to find that they're still in business. I will be reporting them to consumer protection and the better business bureau.
