Awesome work! The hand wax makes your vehicle look incredible. I honestly loved my experience and all the negative reviews come from those who obviously paid for cheaper services but if you want a good job done pay for the hand wax services. I give it a 4 star review if it wasn't for the lint left all over on all my mirrors but thats nothing a good spray and cloth cant get rid of but next time I'll suggest to be careful with lint left over. Overall great hard working people with amazing waxing skills and zero swirls and scratches thumbs up! read more

I did the interior express and car wash. Car came out super great and they followed any specific requests I had. Overall it took 1 hour and 10 minutes. Try to find somewhere else to wait nearby, the waiting room was very minimal. I would still go back for the quality service and good price. read more

Excellent $59 interior wash. Took about 60 minutes. Had breakfast at Vinnie's Luncheonette while waiting. Only one issue. I reserved my appointment online thru their website. I received an automatic email confirmation. When i showed up for my appointment the operator was clearly unaware, and someone else was in the bay during my appointment slot. Dont bother with the online reservation system. I recommend contacting them by phone or just go there. read more

They do an awesome job! I have had my car detailed there twice with the interior express ($60). Both times my car has come back looking sparkling and brand new. They clean the exterior so there is not a speck of dirt including on the rims and grill, which so many other car washing places miss. The interior was spotless as well. They cleaned the console, cup holders and dash like they were brand new, and my mats had some stains prior, but they looked brand new, too. Definitely worth the money and the guys are really nice, too! read more

I took my car to Bramex Saturday morning to be washed and was very impressed with their attention to detail. They carefully washed my wheels, hand washed the car, dried it off nicely. They took time to use compressed air to blow any remaining water off the car and dry it to a shine. Bramex is well worth the few bucks more than what you pay at some of the big commercial car washes. read more

Brought my car in because it needed a quilty cleaning and the reviews for this place were generally positive. All the other reviews are right... great place for a solid "detailing." A few tips: - Although some people are indicating there's a 1-hour detailing special, DO NOT expect a real detailing. There's no way to get a real detail service in an hour. This is just a high-quality car wash. - Before you go, call ahead to make an appointment. - Expect the wash to take an hour to 1.5 hours at least. I knocked off a half star (but you can't give half stars) because they didn't clean the leaves out of the cowl/gutter area, otherwise I'd give them 4.5 stars. read more

They did a very nice job detailing my car. If you decide to have the diamond service, it would be a good idea to leave your vehicle there for the day. They are extremely thorough and it definitely takes at least 5 hours. read more

My car was a disgusting mess inside. Spilled coffee...my 9 year old daughter spilled glitter and slime everywhere. Seats were heavily stained. I did their $150 Platinum service and it looks like a new car inside! I'll go back in the spring and get the outside done. read more

Was in the area for a wedding from Rochester. Wanted to get the road grime off my Jeep Gladiator from the drive down and picked this place based on good reviews. I got the Hand Wash package at $40 for large SUV/truck. They did a great job. Spent a good 45-50 minutes on my vehicle and it came out looking almost new again. Lots of attention to detail and everyone there was friendly with a good attitude. Wouldn't hesitate to return if I'm in the area again. read more

Decided to give this place a shot given the nearly perfect yelp review but I was really disappointed. First of all we went there with two cars not just one so figured they would appreciate the extra business but instead we were approached with a really nonchalant manner. That's fine whatever...as long as they do a good job I thought doesn't matter that much. But instead their job was mediocre at best, my gf's car was not dried properly, so you could see the shampoo and water stains on the car and the door sills looked like crap so had to do it myself at home. I opted for the clay bar wax, my car was not as bad but touching the paint you could feel that certain body panels were not really treated as there was no coating at all. When we returned to pay and pickup the cars we were greeted in the same manner....point taken, not coming back to this place! We just moved to the area so we were trying to find good hand car wash place but I guess have to keep on looking. If anyone has any suggestions lmk! read more

I asked my friend Carlos at Solomoto motorcycle service about finding a great detailing for my car, which I'd sometimes used like a truck to haul logs and brush as well as plants for my extensive gardens. Bramex is the best! I brought my car to get interior cleaning after a very careless mechanic crew (from another company) left the sun roof of my car open in the rain. Needless to say my car smelled terrible and musty. Brian and the team at Bramex did an excellent job cleaning my car. They were attentive, considerate and very communicative. They worked hard to get all the spots and stains out. The upholstery was dry when I picked up my car and best of all they got rid of that nasty smell. I highly recommend them. read more
