I had the mushroom and cheese pizza, and mushrooms pretzels....OMG!!! The best I've ever had. I definitely recommend this place.

I love their food and huge menu, I generally order from them about twice a month. However, they've gotten my order wrong about 30-40% of the time. Sometimes I have to wait while they remake something, sometimes I just accept the wrong item. read more

Great place to grab a quick lunch. Nice quite place during the weekdays and really enjoyable food for the prices they have. Ordered a personal mushroom pizza and the portion size was just right, (and I personally eat a good amount so that says something) tasted very fresh and the cheese has this really nice taste to it as well; very different from any other pizza joint I've personally been to. Eating at Brami's Pizza is my family's number one choice!!! We just love it. We get a pizza for the kids and I experiment with many of the different dishes. One of my favorites is the lasagna. Being vegetarian goes good with kosher dairy restaurants... No way you will find meat on your plate by any means!! Live it! They're opening a new location in North Hollywood soon. My favorite pizza in the valley. Not too greasy like some places and with a nice thick crust. They give you a fair amount of toppings too. Great food and good service. Although, the whole playground family friendly thingy takes it a bit too far. Brami;s [Reseda] is within walking distance of me. The food may be great but it took me 4 tries to walk in, order food and walk out with food. The first three times I just gave up and left. On the fourth time I had already paid. 45 minutes later, nothing. After 5 minutes of chatting with the order taker about the fact that I can never get any food here, suddenly my food order appears. I had been sitting at the table for 10 minutes and the new order taker asked me what I was waiting for. When I asked about my order, he had no idea what I was talking about. He insisted on knowing what the name was that I gave when making my order. The original order taker never asked me what my name was so it was a moot point. Miraculously, after asking the new order taker to cancel my charges for the food, a guy from the kitchen comes out with my food. There are no lines of customers coming out of the door on this place because their food is to great. They need work at the Reseda location on customer service. It felt to me like because of their race or religion, they didn't want me coming back. read more

Can I get ZERO stars! We ordered by phone asking for specials she said the pizza was 16.99 for a Large. Asked if they delivered said you have to order over $40. $40? Who orders $40 worth of Pizza, come on now! We decided to carry out, since the WAIT of delivery would be too long. We asked for any specials, she said that there was a large for $16.99. So we ordered Extra Cheese and Pepperoni. So when we get, the place is empty, looks dirty and blah. This Teenage Girl that was working over the counter has the worst customer service ever. She tells us the Price was $27. What the? We thought it was $16.99. Guess not, we ask her after my friend pays, "I thought the price was $16.99, how was it $27?", she looks at the receipt, mind you, there was no other orders, no one was making any pizza, so we should be the only order the last half hour...and she says "You ordered Extra Toppings" and then she lefted right away to do something without looking at us in the face. Rude as Teen. They get an F in Customer Service. Should of told us on the Phone that Toppings was extra. And Im not even talking about the Pizza and its taste. The Pizza looking nasty, there was these weird looking pepperoni, extra cheese? more like no extra cheese. The crust taste like cardboard. The whole Pizza was Nasty. Never again ordering from here. Bramis is a good Kosher place if you live north of Reseda. They have a great dairy menue that includes pizza, pastas and even burittos. All food is good and my favorite is the baked Zitti. read more

I like Bramis, the food is good , but the service is hit or miss. The older cashiers are good , but it seems like the younger ones need some help in the customer service department. I like the cheese pizza and the pretzels they have . They taste good but it seems like the make a batch and heat it up as the day goes, but it still taste good. read more

Kosher pizza - that's edible? DAMN RIGHT! More so, in fact. Brami's is one of our favorite pizza places in Los Angeles - kosher or not. It's a milk restaurant. If you're not informed on the basics of kosher laws: you can either have dairy products during a meal or meat products, but you can never have them together; hence, kosher restaurants will either serve one or the other. The only relevance of this regarding your pizza is that you won't find your "meat lovers special here." And don't get me started on pepperoni. :) Nevertheless, their pizza and salads are outstanding. In particular, their vegetarian pizza and their basil and tomato pizza are always delicious. Furthermore, this is real Italian food. (Not Eastern Europeans trying to pull it off). The owners are from Italy and have been doing it for years. Give it a shot - you won't be disappointed. read more

If I could give Brami's ten stars out of five, I would. Now for the details: I needed a vegetarian kosher caterer for a dinner party I was co-hosting. An elegant dinner party, I might add. Now, you'd think a pizza place wouldn't exactly fit the bill. Well, think again! Their menu is extensive, but more importantly, the food is absolutely delicious! We had Israeli salad, Greek salad, lasagna, vegan eggplant parmigiana, fancy tuna sandwiches, and cheesecake. The guests were raving about how tasty everything was. Beyond that, the way it was delivered, the attention to detail, the use of only the freshest ingredients, the super-courteous people every step of the way, from the owner (Eli) to the catering guy (David) to the delivery guy, and everyone who answered the phone all made it so easy yet so amazing! Even the delivery guy gave useful advice on how to keep the food warm (with blankets) until it was served (about 2 hours later). It was still hot and amazing when served! Thanks, Brami's! read more

Experience I believe starts with customer service. Unless your food is so amazing it can lack the customer service by a long shot... "No soup for you!". This place has the worst service ever. Seems as it is run by a bunch of teens which responded 3 times to my request to correct an order: silence. Followed by "sorry, do you want us to come back? I don't understand what you want me to do." Secondly their food is anything but amazing... It's mediocre- flavor lacking, greasy, pasta was not cooked. Only upside, it's kosher and there's nothing much out here that offers that so I had to suck it up. To the parlor, your food is not that great and customer service should be kicked up a few notches. OR make your food irresistibly delicious. You just can't have both - mediocre food and bad CS. read more

Bramis used to be the end all be all of kosher pizza, the restaurant is filthy and the really made an error on my order, when I got home I tried a slice and it was even worse than i thought. They offered me a 10% discount only and would remake the pizza the way I wanted. Never going there again. A shame a real shame read more

Most of the food was great, but VERY slow service. We ordered a slice of cake and it took 35 minutes to bring out. They said they had to bake the cake, but you shouldn't have cake on your menu unless it's ready to serve. And after all that time spent waiting, the cake was partially raw. read more

Terrible service, went in with a group of 4 and they messes up our order 4 times and never got it right. They closed the kitchen before they even finished our order. My friend who has an Onion allergy was given onion in the last pizza despite the fact that we specifically asked for NO ONION. We ordered a burrito with no beans and the burrito came with beans. Everything that coulvde went wrong did and when I finally went to make a formal complaint the best they could do was 5% discount. Poor service. Owner doesn't care anymore. Used to be one of the best, but over the past year it has gone down so tremendously. With other kosher pizza shops in the area, and excellent service, there is no reason to go here any longer. You have to clean up the mess of leaving customers yourself so you can seat; you will be lucky if you get a pitcher of water you asked for literally four times; you will beg for ketchup, plates and cups, and I mean it, you will beg for it. Mistakes on your orders are guaranteed, check your orders more than three times specially if you order on the phone. Check out other places and you will find out yourself. read more
