She was patient in the month leading up answering questions and offering suggestions. On the day of, Jennifer was a God-send. She helped us coordinate flower pickups, helped us organize flowers and make sure that the groom and I didn't run into on e another, set up all our décor beautifully, and offered emotional support throughout! During the ceremony and the reception, she was unbelievably good at being where she needed to be right at the right moment without ever being in the way or feeling out of place. She always had a smile and kind word to say, and she definitely made our whole day significantly less stressful. I was hesitant in getting a day-of coordinator or planner because I was stubborn and wanted to do it all myself, but this was definitely one of the best decisions we made throughout our entire wedding planning! I can honestly say our wedding day ended up way better than I could have imagined and one of the best days my wife and I have ever had. This is in no small part due to the professionalism and experience of Jenn and her totally awesome associate, Dawn Predium. Planning the wedding ourselves was truly a task for my wife and I who got engaged a year prior. We knew nothing about throwing a party what less a wedding and as the day loomed closer, our stress level rose through the roof. We found out about Jenn on craigslist and after the initial phone calls and emails we felt very comfortable with them and ended up meeting a week prior to our wedding for her to be our "Day of Wedding Coordinator". They were both very nice and definitely knew the in's and outs of throwing a wedding. My fiance and I felt such a huge sigh of relief after that one meeting we kicked ourselves for not finding a planner sooner. Jenn assigned Dawn Predium who was at the meeting with her to help us since Jenn would be busy with another event if I recall correctly. We did not in any way feel like we were missing out by having Dawn instead of Jenn helping us. Dawn had a list of things she needed from us and once she got that we pretty much left everything to her. Behind the scenes she worked with our vendors. The church, the reception hall, limo driver, photographer, bakery, florist, videographer and coordinated everything with them to where my fiance and I didn't have to think about them which was helpful since family started trickling in from out of town. The day of the wedding went without a hitch. Dawn's coordination with the vendors was amazing which was evident from the time our photographers arrived at the hotel for the "getting ready" photos and when our wedding entourage walked into the reception hall for the first time with everything in place and the dj on cue During the reception my wife and I were packing a lot of things in a seemingly short amount of time and Dawn was there unobtrusively making sure everything went smoothly. Dawn went beyond the call of duty, always making sure my fiance and I were comfortable, had everything we needed and seamlessy covering for the short falls of our hard partying groomsmen and bridesmaids. By the end of the night, Dawn had already taken care of all the vendors. She made sure our gifts, money box etc were handled safely by the right people. And pretty much all we had to do was leave the hall behind us and look forward to our new married life together. If I could do this whole wedding experience over again I would hired a wedding planner from the very beginning. Whatever they charge is almost negligible for the amount of stress you'll save yourselves and the flawless execution of a big event. I will always recommend Jenn and Dawn. Dawn, Jenn.. this review was long overdue and I still don't feel like I completely expressed our wonderful experience and appreciation for you two. So we definitely needed help coordinating everything a scheduling all the vendors, especially to schedule the meeting of the vendors for the weekends that we would be in town. Jen helped coordinate vendors for tasting so that we could take care of everything over a weekend. She was super helpful in setting up vendors which I had provided (our location had a recommended vendor listing and required the caterer to be on the "approved" list), along with providing some references for dj/live music and cake tasting. In the end Jen definitely helped make things go smoothly, she handled all the logistical details including have to transport the cake from Los Gatos to Belmont (Ralston Hall)!! That was an amazing feat. She and caterer had to assemble the cake on site at the mansion. And overall it was beautiful and absolutely perfect. I've got say, Jen was an amazing help with my wedding and for her rates you are getting an incredible deal and a lot less worries on your big day. I wish her the best of luck!

We just hired her for month-of coordination services, not her full planning services, but she was always quick to reply to any questions we had, even before the "month of." She had great recommendations for vendors and was willing to give us her honest opinion, so I felt much more confident in the choices we made. Bri was also incredibly flexible and understanding when we postponed out summer 2020 date to summer 2021, which we really appreciated. As the wedding approached, I became even more thankful for Bri's help. Knowing that she had everything totally under control was such a relief. She put together a lengthy timeline, coordinated with vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page, and helped me organize all the items that we would need to have for the wedding. It was great to know that nothing would fall through the cracks! Finally, at the rehearsal and on the wedding day itself, Bri was such a source of calm. My first impression of her was that she was very quiet and smiley. I was slightly afraid she wouldn't be able to withstand my enthusiasm (which often gets confused with aggression) but don't let her smile fool you! She's just listening to what you have to say and she knows how to respond to each request / question very professionally; she never missed a beat! I met with her for our introductory meeting and she drove all the way to me even though I offered to meet her half way, she emailed me to check in throughout the wedding planning process, got in contact with all my vendors, scheduled meetings with the venue and site coordinator and built the day-of-timeline. Although I wanted to be hands on in everything, when I had to actually let go and let her handle things, I was so confident in her and wasn't afraid of anything going wrong. I trusted Bri and she proved herself with all the curveballs that got thrown at her the day of the wedding. I'd have to say my wedding was a perfect day! Yes, there were tiny things that nobody could control, but she was there to ensure that I didn't notice a thing. She managed the day really well not only overseeing the other vendors, but actually setting up my reception decorations (she even asked me for photos examples just in case I had a vision). - I went to a few weddings where I had no idea that there was a wedding planner; I helped the families of the Bride and Groom set up / clean up the reception décor because their planners "didn't include that service".
