They gave them my work address for delivery. It was supposed to be a surprise but my mom had to tell me because they said I didn't say anything about the delivery when they called at 3:30pm . I told them I had not received a delivery. They called and were told it was delivered at 3:55pm. By this time (3:55pm), I had already left the office so I called the receptionist and security. They said nothing has arrived. I drove back to the office and checked but nothing had arrived. I verified that the address was correct with my parents and it was. I am sitting in the lobby when a female delivery person arrives with a bouquet of flowers after 5pm. Our doors lock at 5pm but she was able to get in when an employee left. I look at the bouquet and knew instantly that this wasn't something my parents would pick for me. I took pictures and sent them to my parents at their request. They were instantly upset and said they ordered the premium bouquet and what I got looks like sh!t. The bouquet looks like two $5 Friday bouquets were put together from Safeway sloppily with a crushed ribbon & rose. Pictures show what came and a screenshot of what was ordered. Complete opposite. My parents contacted fromyouflowers.com and they refunded them. No one should use this florist. You can buy nicer flowers from Safeway or Costco and both guarantee their flowers freshness.

I had a horrible experience, kind of lengthy, but I want to warn others before coming. Ronaldo's dog got out of his area and was barking at me within 1 ft. I was honestly very scared the dog was going to bite me! I had to turn around to calm myself and wait for Ronaldo to remove his dog. Ronaldo was not even apologetic about it, as if it never happened or no big deal! After Ronaldo put his dog away, I continued to look for balloons. I asked if he had more white balloons, he said no. There was only two white balloons and one looked ugly, all stretched out. No big deal, I just chose different colors. When I brought him the balloons that I wanted, he said I can get the two white balloons that they are still good. I told him that I was fine, I chose different colors. Ronaldo continued to say that the white balloons are still good, as if he wanted to argue. I didn't understand why he didn't just let it go, I just said that I didn't like them and I didn't want them. He rolled his eyes, then asked me if I wanted the balloons for tomorrow. I was so confused! I told him that I wanted the balloons for right now. Ronaldo looked frustrated and repeated the same question. I again did not understand why someone would ask me if I want the balloons for tomorrow. So I even said, "what do you mean? I want the balloons for now". Ronaldo said under his breath "oh my god", as if I was dumb and didn't understand. Damn right I didn't understand why someone would ask me if I want the balloons for tomorrow when I said multiple times that I want the balloons for now. So, I stopped him before he continued, and said, "you know what, you can stop, your service has been bad this entire time" and I left to Safeway and got better service by a lady who has joyful! The thing is, I didn't have to stay after the dog incident! I was patient enough even after being scared and Ronaldo did not apologize for his dog's behavior. Yet, I still stayed to support local and small business, and I was in a little rush to get to my mother's celebration. Customer's should not have to endure stressful environments when shopping or be attacked by dogs! I would not recommend anyone to come here and go else where!
