I tried calling multiple times and did not get through to anyone. I did not receive a message or call, until the delivery confirmation email later in the evening without a picture of what was delivered. Other flower delivery companies have provided pictures of deliveries. For a premium order I would expect better service.

Purchased Sunday 12:02pm through Alum Rock Florist. To delivery following Monday was my earliest option. 2. 1/2 star off- Online says if you order before 1p it can be same day delivery, and that was not an option for me. 3. 3 stars off- wrong delivery time/person and flowers. First delivery was on Tuesday to recipient, except the flower design, vase name and address on card was not correct. Flowers had the essence of my order, but not on it either. 3 stars off- 4. Plus 1.5 stars- customer service. Called Wed AM, and Meem was apologetic, and he said he would rectify this and send flowers by end of day with upgrade. 5. 1 star off- color design was off! 2nd delivery was Wed PM, correct recipient and address but flower design was not as envisioned. The online image was like a suggestion, color design was off. And the card was noted from Evergreen's Blooming Florists. Upside, the blooms were nice and tight, I hope that translates to a longer bloom. 6. They picked up the incorrect flowers from day prior. Recommend: only if you are super flexible on what flowers and design you get.

They gave them my work address for delivery. It was supposed to be a surprise but my mom had to tell me because they said I didn't say anything about the delivery when they called at 3:30pm . I told them I had not received a delivery. They called and were told it was delivered at 3:55pm. By this time (3:55pm), I had already left the office so I called the receptionist and security. They said nothing has arrived. I drove back to the office and checked but nothing had arrived. I verified that the address was correct with my parents and it was. I am sitting in the lobby when a female delivery person arrives with a bouquet of flowers after 5pm. Our doors lock at 5pm but she was able to get in when an employee left. I look at the bouquet and knew instantly that this wasn't something my parents would pick for me. I took pictures and sent them to my parents at their request. They were instantly upset and said they ordered the premium bouquet and what I got looks like sh!t. The bouquet looks like two $5 Friday bouquets were put together from Safeway sloppily with a crushed ribbon & rose. Pictures show what came and a screenshot of what was ordered. Complete opposite. My parents contacted fromyouflowers.com and they refunded them. No one should use this florist. You can buy nicer flowers from Safeway or Costco and both guarantee their flowers freshness.
