Our hostess was a sweet lady and really talked about the history well. At the end we sat down at the larger table and finished the tasting with one extra pour. The tasting was great and prices were quite fair but I do think I prefer the more private feel of a smaller tasting, with 2-4 people as at times our host stood on one side chatting to the large group and we really couldn't ask questions or hear what was going on the other side of the table. As a member you have the same person hosting you every time you visit (unless it's their day off). Chris has been our host for quite some time now. He sends us emails with updates on the winery, he sends me personalized texts/emails when something he knows I love is coming or about out. He customizes our club orders based on our feedback at tastings, which I am able to adjust. Obviously the wine is amazing! then there is the food...wow...full meal for me!! the food is stellar. We were very impressed with their location that comprised a two story (maybe three) building that you had to access via steep flight of stairs to a lovely deck that you inside to the gorgeous tasting room. The spectacular view overlooking the vast number of vineyards across the Silverado Trail only enhanced the experience of being there, taking in the gorgeous weather that comprised blue skies and warm vibes. Inside there were some lovely booth lounge and table seating. I appreciated the groovy guitars encased and hung against one of the walls. To access the main cave where we would have our tasting, we walked through the back area where we passed by the windowed area that the massive fermentation tanks were located. Entering the cave was magical with purple dimmed lighting and candles lit on the large wooden table and on the other boudoir. Our guide did a tremendous job explaining the wines and the stories behind them. We enjoyed a pour straight from the barrel while walking through the various caves housing the barrels aging the wine. The experience was wonderful and wools go back in a heartbeat after having pours of the Oracle, Oakville Cab, and Stagecoach Merlot amongst the treasures that we enjoyed such as the 2013 Stagecoach Cab. Miner is one of true standouts, especially if you want to enjoy your tasting in a wine cave where they store all the barrels.

Note, the prices shown did not include tax. We were intrigues to see what they had and were surprised at how many high end bottles they had to taste. Pricing is a bit of a premium but there's good reason for it. We ended up sharing a half pour of the Sens3s 2021 Chardonnay and a taste of the Donda 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon. The store wasn't too crowded so it was easy to look at everything which was nice.

We first stopped at Steele Vineyards into the Manor tour and tasting Andy's vibe, what he brought to the table we were able to try a different wine that he recommended and it made our experience a 10 out of 10. My mom had the car crackers for a tasting a pallet cleanser, and I have the Boulder Rich potato chips for my tasting/palette cleanser. Andy's service was above and beyond. He definitely should get a raise. He is very relaxed and very kind for his ambience. 10/10

The views were absolutely amazing and made the visit even more enjoyable. My friend ordered a charcuterie board, which paired really well with the wine tasting. My husband and I usually stick to red wines and rarely purchase whites, but we found a white wine here that we really enjoyed. We ended up purchasing two bottles to take home. Beautiful views, great service, and wonderful wine. I'd definitely come back to possibly try staying with them overnight.
