If I could give a zero on this motley crew ,I most certainly would. They are a bunch of inept, incompetent bunch of criminals, with the intent purpose of ripping people off. There must be hundreds of them out there, they have been conned out of their money by these people. They certainly DO NOT know the first thing about building websites, and give excuse after excuse on why there are 'dragging their feet' and taking so long. I paid up front for their services to the tune of £549 (which now I know you should NEVER do!, and the receipt, which I downladed, didn't even have a Vat number?? This means that they are trading illegally, and am reporting them to HMRC Customs & Excise, as well as many authorities I can lay my hands on! They sent me and an email from one of their 'so called' employees, called 'Robert Jones' who is a liar and blaggard too. He told me that they had done loads of work on the site, and refused to pay the money back to me. I have investigated them, they are no fixed abode in the UK, and believe they operate from India, are basically 'scam mercants' who prey on the genenral public, and 'stealing' thousands, if not, millions of pounds, purporting that they they are master web and marketing consultants, which they are definatley not! Also I have contacted a few people who have dealt with shower of crap, and one of them has been waiting for over 110 days for his 'care home wesite' to be completed. He had given up on getting his money back, but I will NOT, as I have opened up a fraud claim with my Bank, Lloyds, who are now going to pursue the matter also. Do NOT give money up front to any online marketing, logo, or website debelopment company, if they are worth their salt, as they will accept money, once the job is complete. You have been warned, ladies and gents, they give their own ratings on these sites, to make themselves 'hoilier than thou'. Please... stay away! I also agree with the other 12 reviews. They have 20 complaints with the BBB, who rated them as an F, and 13 one star reviews on Yelp. Numbers don't lie, people do! Branded Logo Design, is a dishonest company with no business code of ethics. I initially hired Branded Logo Design, only to find out that they are a web design company front! Their work is awful and they don't stand behind any of it. Don't be fooled by their 30 day return policy, their is no return policy. I initially made a deal with the sales representative, and they did not honor our agreement, and after months of incompetence, always sending in the wrong files, and not listening to my simple instructions, my project came to a slow crawl before coming to a complete halt. The merchant was not only uncooperative and failed to take corrective action after I contacted them, but they also failed to provide services requested. In the end, I currently have an ongoing dispute with my credit card company. I could write a 5 page essay on my horrible similar experience that countless others have had with them. Scam Alert FRAUD ALERT They will take money from your card at anytime !! If you give them your card number they will use different names to get it . They have an F rating through BBB !!! WORST COMPANY EVER!! If I could give this company a ZERO if I could. I wish I had read all the negative reviews and seen the 'F' at BBB.org. BBB.org also shows: "BBB Serving Los Angeles and Silicon Valley requested that the company substantiate, modify, or discontinue claims advertised on the company's website." Upon doing a live chat I was told they could build am eCommerce web site in 3 weeks. I would request edits and revisions that they said were done and they were not. Two months later they were still giving me the runaround. They charged me for WordPress plugins that are free. This company will keep adding fee after fee fro work that they will not do. Once I tried to fire them they jumped into action trying to make up for months of not doing what they advertise. They told me all work had been done when it was not! I get a call from Mathew Wilson who was in charge of the "Team" after a day and tried to get me to buy a video commercial for my company. I really considered it, then day 2 I get a call, Mathew Wilson saying it will be another day. I call the next day and he said I'll have it ready by COB. Called later at COB, Sorry he says, It will be ready first thing Monday morning at 8 am we will all be working, now I have to wait another 2 days. Monday morning comes, No Call. I call him at 9 am, and he says I'm sending them now. 3 hours later, NOTHING, so I call him again. Sorry he said no ones working it's a holiday. This guy told me several times I would have it the next day every day. Don't be an Idiot like Me, Stay Away from this Company. I am working with Branded Logo Designs for the designing of my logo, website and social media. Their strength is in their creative designs. Within a couple days I had 12 impressive logos to choose from and the initial concept for the website layout to view. Dennis Johnson is my Sr. Account Manager and a pleasant to work with, thanks for your support. Being that it was my first project, he was very patient with me as I was developing as I went along and always made sure that I was happy with the projects and did not mind making any changes that I wanted regardless how small it was. Also, Dennis showed concern for the project to be successful even after the designing parts was over. Now that the initial designing and setup is over, I will work with this company for the hosting and marketing. The work was never completed and they continued to upsell and attempted to pressure me into additional charges on my credit card to move my project to the next stage. Please contact the State Attorney General Office, your local politicians, BBB and media outlets to expose them for who they are. Try to contact Branded Logo Designs so called Big Brand Partners they have the names of those companies on their website and email them to inform those companies who they are in business with. these people are the worst. i supposedly spoke to 4 different guys there with similiar voices but they were all the same guy. i paid upfront for my logo i needed for my childrens hospital fundraiser and after 2 1/2 wks of incompetence they refused to send me the final because i had yelled at them and hurt their feelings. so i go to another company and they recreate the same design in 12 hrs for less money. THEN these a**holes come back the next day and send me my file. TOO LATE. i filed a dispute with my bank for a refund. whoever these people are they are the most immature, unprofessional, dishonest, and incompetent group on earth. they have nothing but bad reviews on here and with the BBB. and all the good ones on their site are fake. I own a small business out of Las Vegas, NV I used this company of THIEFS, LIARS & CHEATS to create my website and for SEO words. They never finished it I had to get another company all the while trying to sell me more stuff while the website was being created. 3 years later they are calling me about my domain name which was close to it's expiration date and they wanted to charge me $599.00 dollars to renew it for 10 years and give me complete control of the name of my website which I already have. It only cost $130.00 to do it your self for 10 years if you want your money taken without any result this is the company for you. P.S. Company is not from California but a fraudulent Indian company. These positive reviews are 100% fake. Now currently under the name, "First Design Crew" - Company uses David Meyer among other fake names; they will reach out diligently to convince you of logo and web design business only to charge your credit card and never provide you with the work or follow-up on the transaction. We paid for their services over 2 years ago and they did not deliver. We have requested they stop calling and texting and we still get calls daily for the past 2 1/5 yrs.
