We had to cancel our first big wedding due to Covid, so I unfortunately had to cancel our first appointment with her, but when I came back two months later with visions of a shorter time framed wedding, Brandi was quick to jump to action! UPDATE: After posting a 3 star review for Brandi, she messaged me on Facebook cursing me out for "ruining her all 5 star reviews" and then went on my business page and left a one star review with no comment (because she has no reason to leave me a review considering she's never encountered my business) just to "get back" at me. Definitely don't want to do business with someone like that! I contacted Brandi after being referred by a friend who said she was great. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. Brandi was rude and unfriendly. She talked down to me and told me what I was looking for what out of question, demanding that I should know what is and isn't in season but when I asked about it she wouldn't tell me, only asked again what I wanted. I asked about certain colors and she insisted that I could only have a certain flower because it was the only naturally occurring in that color instead of offering to dye certain flowers for me. I didn't continue any further with her after her repetitively talking down to me. read more

I found Brandi's on Yelp. I work in RTP, I ordered a spring time flower arrangement, pre - Valentine's Day order, over the phone the other day for my wife. I had a follow-up call from the owner, after placing my order, to make sure everything went well in placing my order. I plan to use them again. My wife was very pleased with the flowers when they arrived the next day. Next time I am downtown Youngsville, for breakfast, we will stop in their shop for a visit. Brandi and Amber were so kind and easy to talk with as soon as we walked in to meet with them. They knew exactly how to bring my vision to life! They did not try to up-sale and we very honest with what flowers they thought were necessary and which weren't when I asked. I got back the initial quote and my aisle decor was more than my very small budget, so they quickly offered suggestions that would fit in my budget. Their suggestions were BEAUTIFUL and I loved the look even more than my original idea! They were so responsive to random requests and changes that arose during the planning process. The flowers were incredible quality. I went to a wedding this year and their boutonnieres and corsages were dead by the end of the night. This DOES NOT happen with flowers from Brandi's! Our flowers were full and breathtaking throughout the whole night. I left some of our roses in their vases while on our honeymoon and they were still gorgeous and thriving when we returned home!
