    A Ford truck that Brandon Ford would not service

    Set an appointment for my 2012 Ford F250 to be serviced at Brandon Ford. I had stopped in and made an appointment at the front desk. Later I rescheduled that appointment to drop off early a.m. I took half a day off work to do so and on arrival was told they won't work on any vehicles older than 10 years old. When I inquired, why wasn't I told this at the time I made the appointment Marty the technician just shrugged his soldiers and said I don't know that's per my manager. I said you realize you just wasted my whole day plus another employees day of having to come out and pick me up Marty again just shrugged his shoulders. I said I don't know man but we won't service it. Highly recommend if you need a vehicle or more importantly vehicle service you go anywhere other than Brandon Ford.

    It's a long story....... No more RV, so it left us with a leased Toyota. Dave misses having a truck and I'm like what do we need a truck for? So we have been researching small trucks, mostly on YouTube. He's been wanting a hybrid truck for a long time. Along comes the adorable Ford Maverick! Next step-Find one for sale. He decided on the Lariat model, 2.5 Hybrid, Blind Spot Detection, faux leather seats, tow package, radar activated emergency stop and many more features. So we headed up to Brandon Ford, a high volume dealer about two hours away. When we arrived there was literally a gauntlet of salesmen at the front door lol! Not a bad thing. We were approached by Andreas Lopez, salesman extraordinaire! He was very well versed and knowledgeable about the Ford Maverick. He promptly took us to see a Lariat and it was love at first sight lol. The color is Atlas Blue and she or he is adorable! We sat in all the seats. Dave wanted to make sure that I was comfortable in the passenger seat. We took a test drive and bingo,,the next thing I know we were in negotiations with Kevin the sales manager who has a great personality! A few minutes later we have a deal! The whole thing took about 4 hours. Dave finally met "Q", the finance person and we were finally on our way home! Me in my Rave 4 and Dave in his adorable little truck with all the extras. What a great day!

    A simple tire rotation and check up and i was on my way but I have to say the service here is incredible, super nice and very professional. The only down side is that the kids playground is scolding hot during the day so my kiddo couldn't play on it. Luckily we were only there for an hour.

    Went to at least a dozen dealerships. Never owned a Ford, until I found out about their financing. Went to the ones by my house in Spring Hill, not a lot of inventory. Then went online to Brandon they had the same trucks for a bit less. Met John my Salesman right away and off we went, he spent hours with my wife and I. I'm 7'0 tall and don't fit in a lot of vehicles, he was patient and confident we could hit my punch list of feature's. Bought a New F150 and the rest is history, no BS it was the best experience I've had to date. The Finance guy we had was pretty cool, walked us through the paperwork, not in a hurry. Officially a Ford Guy..

    My salesperson was Malcom. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Every single person at this dealership was amazing to work with, even the ones who weren't working on my sale specifically. The finance person, the manager, other salespeople, pretty much every employee I came into contact with was great to me. My biggest fear was being lowballed on my trade in. That DIDN'T happen!!!! I was offered a reasonable value that I didn't have to try and negotiate. What I expected to get on trade in value was within less than $1000 difference. From phone conversations to in person experiences, this dealer proved to be top notch! Would absolutely work with the staff at Brandon Ford again!!

I told sal the manager and he said oh we will fix everything. I come back a week later and ALL THEY DID WAS Turn THE LIGHT OFF FOR THE ENGINE AND DIDNT FIX IT. I returned and my car was parked in the same spot I left it boiling hot in the car.. I was SO ANGRY. I told sal I wanted a refund and give me my money back he said no at first then his partner said come down to the dealership sals on vacation and I'll give you the refund and we'll take the car. I go down and they all start yelling and cursing saying they're not effing giving me anything and told me get off their property.. MEANWHILE THEY TOLD ME TO COME DOWN TO GIVE THE KEYS BACK AND GET THE REFUND. I STILL HAVE TNE TEXTS. I am PISSED. I have a car I haven't been able to drive since I got it and NOTHING has been done. I want my refund and this off my credit. IF THEY TAKE THIS OFF MY CREDIT MAYBE I WOULD BE HAPPY BUT THIS STUPID CAR LOAN IS RUINING EVERYTHING .I HAVEN'T EVEN ENJOYED THIS CAR SINCE I GOT IT BC THERES SO MUCH $ THAT HAS TO GO INTO IT. When I contacted them, telling them that I sold the vehicle they sent me the paperwork to fill out instead of them completing it and submitting it. The Continental Warranty reps were shocked that I was completing the paperwork. Once it was sent to Courtesy for them to give me a refund, I attempted to call them about the status and repeatedly sent to voicemail or phones that would ring and you couldn't leave a message once I was just put on eternal hold and I hung up after 10 minutes. I had another gentleman answer the phone and he was clowning that he couldn't hear me. I sent an email to Sam Asman and no reply. These people, in my opinion, are extremely rude and unprofessional. If you ever need follow up or help forget about it..... I hope you read this before doing business with them. I was finally able to get in touch with Elizabeth Manning who did help and was professional. Thank you Elizabeth! Customer beware of who you're dealing with I will never go back.

I even have a Mazda case number in a Mazda customer service experience representative on the case and explain this to them it would be no cost to the dealership because it would be reimbursed by Mazda corporation but whoever runs their service department didn't even give me the opportunity to bring the vehicle in they just said no go to the place where you got it worked out before which is over an hour away. It's a 2018 CX five that was having some odor coming into the cabin air I don't think it would be that complicated to fix but I was really put off by how I was dismissed from their service manager . As a result of this I refused to buy a single vehicle from this Mazda dealership I'll go over to Clearwater instead were there a lot friend . I would like to send a message to the owner of this particular Mazda dealership in Brandon that if you keep having your service managers treat your customers like this they're not gonna come back to buy another vehicle from you.

The price was marked through as if the price would be less, that was a joke. We went from a vehicle being just under $16,000 to over $24,000. Again this was a CASH deal. We had them explain why there was $8,000 difference. Let's say there's a lot of fluff they like to add. We asked the sales manager or finance guy to explain to us all the extra charges they added the vehicle. He said without it the vehicle couldn't cost less. So basically the extra makes up for them charging less on the vehicle. We negotiated the numbers, he came back with a lesser amount than $24,000. It was still way more than our final limit. He asked about meeting in the middle, we agreed. Next a Finance Manager came out and basically threw the paper on the table and told us, this was their final offer. We reminded him this was a CASH deal and daughter had her own tag. Also asked what happened to meeting in the middle. He said it didn't matter and this was their final offer. We did get up and walked out. Since this was for our daughter we went back to buy the vehicle because she really loved it and felt safe driving it. Our sales people Gabriel & Briza was absolutely wonderful, I left a good review for them. As for as the finance department, this is unbelievably horrible how they treat people who walk in with CASH. I would like to send people to Gabriel & Briza but sadly won't because of the Finance department.
