Despite this, the removal process was a struggle, and even after paying for the service, I still left with product on my nails because the technician couldn't fully remove it. At that point, I just had to go. I arrived at 10:30 AM and didn't leave until well after 1 PM. As a business owner, my time is valuable, and spending that long on a pedicure and soak-off was frustrating. On top of that, the total was $75, which I've never paid for a pedicure in my life. I have no problem paying that price for an exceptional experience, but this wasn't it. The service was overpriced for what was provided, and I was genuinely shocked when I was told the total. I'll definitely be sticking to my usual spot moving forward.
