The staff and owners were very nice and personable. The place was quite, clean and relaxing. They explained the prices and steps that she would be taking, since I made them aware of my medical limitations. All and all, it was a great experience and have returned every four weeks. Great work done here. I personally liked it as the technician allowed me some peace, quiet and relaxation on a busy day. But if you enjoy talking to your technician, this is also a great option for you. The technicians spoke great English and are relatable. I spent a pretty penny on these nails, the only problem I had was they didn't clip my nails prior to gluing the nail. I didn't think anything about it until the finished product, you can see my nail under the clear filler which is disappointing. All in all, I would return. read more

I just walked out of this place extremely unhappy, I got an acrylic refill and all of my nails are so thin and breaking already. I told her multiple times it was too thin and so she put more acrylic and then filed it to the same thing it was before. All of my nails are uneven as well. I'm so unhappy I really would like a refund or at least half a refund because now I have to go get my nails done all over again. Not only are they hand drawn she uses the shellac to do it! My nails last for multiple weeks. Not classy at all!!! I would give zero stars if I could. They got the shape and the length wrong and three nails were crooked!!! My daughter came home in tears. When I looked at her nails I knew we had to go back and get her money back. I went inside and started explaining to the lady and she told me they can just reshape it but I tried explaining that the nails were too short to reshape not to mention the ones that were too crooked. She got upset and started yelling at me and yes I yelled back, we will never go there again!! I tried to post a bad review on their Facebook page and they deleted it and blocked me. I came to Yelp and noticed other bad reviews with similar crooked nails. read more

This place is alway very busy, clearly they are unstaffed. I stopped in twice before but left because i didn't want to wait. Stopped in on a Wednesday just after opening & there were 4 people there already and only 2 techs working. The owner showed up about 30 minutes later and another tech 30 minutes after that. For a gel soak & manicure took 1 hour. They don't have the gel polishes that match your toes. I was a little irritated since I asked the guy when I 1st walked in and he assured me that he did. The owner did my gel mani, twice I had to communicate how I wanted them shaped. Pretty basic square with round edges. There appears to be some animosity between the female owner & one of the Hispanic girls who works there. They were arguing right in front of me about her appointments. My pedi was done by the Giselle. She did an ok job. There is a TV in the pedi area and she kept looking up to watch it a lot when doing my pedi. I would rather she just paid attention to my feet. She always had both feet out of the water at same time. Normally its one in and one out while they are working. I was wearing a skirt and had to ask for a towel for my lap. normally they just give you one. The other Hispanic lady was doing a pedi next to me at the same time. She started 15 minutes before me and I finished 5 minutes ahead of her, it was the fastest pedi I have ever had. Pedi was less than 25 minutes from sit sown to dry. Giselle did clean the tub between clients. I am incredibly disappointed as I am looking for a great nail salon in the Brandon/Valrico area and cannot seem to find one. Guess I will keep going to St. Pete to get my nails done! read more

I've been busy getting settled into my house & working my full time job after a long move from North Carolina. These guys just made my day! I waited less than 10 minutes (enough time to find my polish). I had a gel manicure & a regular pedicure. The manicure took a while to do, but he did an amazing job! I was close to nap time by the time he finished. The pedicure was beyond amazing! The young lady took the idea of a pedicure to a level I didn't know I needed. I can't thank their staff enough! Got a French pedicure and shellac manicure for $50, which I thought was a fair price. The staff was friendly, but the customer service was just barely acceptable, as I spent a lot of time waiting due to the shop being understaffed. My shellac mani was good, except for the gel the manicurist got on the tip of my finger and left there to dry. My pedicure was quite good, as the nice lady taking care of me took the time to get rid of rough spots. However, I planned to have my toes match the shellac color I picked for my fingernails, but they didn't have any shade that matched, so I settled for the French which ended up looking very good. I'm giving 3 stars based on the quality of the manicure and pedicure I received. They were not as relaxing as other salons. No real massage on the hands during the manicure, just trim the nails and apply the nail polish. The customer service was fantastic which is why it's hard to give them only 3 stars but I don't feel the end product deserved more than that. read more

Lynn & Ty are fabulous! I've been coming to them for over ten years, since the old store. I'm a regular. I get my nails and toes done every two weeks without fail. They look terrific the entire time.
