Went here twice after the second time taking my daughter to get her acrylics filled we had major problems. After 2 weeks of the fill they were lifting and breaking off we called to report it were told they were busy and would call us back they didn't so we called again they asked for photos which we sent. Came in on week 3 to get them fixed were told they didn't have time to come back later I explained that we had an appointment in Tampa and might not make it back that day I explained that 5 times. Then came back the next weekend after being told they would squeeze us in when we got there said they had no time again made an appointment for the next day. Very rude and unprofessional laughed at my daughter talked about her in another language in front of her. Never got the nails fixed just removed will never come here again and will not refer anyone either extremely unprofessional and a waste of time and money. Not very clean either. read more

The first time I went for my acrylics was good, but the second time however was just awful. I went in for a fill and the man who did it was in a rush and sent me to another person to finish the job because he had another appointment coming in that same day. Less than 2 weeks after having them filled, one of the nails was lifting and then fell off. I called once I saw the lifting and was told they would call me back to which I never received one. I called back two days later and was asked to send photos of my nails and was told they would be able to fix it but I had to come in first so they could see what they would be able to do. I went in on a Saturday and I was told to come back at 3:30 but my mom and I had to explain multiple times that I had another appointment out in Tampa and I would not be able to come back that same day. Fast forward to March 2nd, I called ahead and asked if they could fit me in but was told I had to wait til 3:30, keep in mind I had to be at work by 4:30 so that was not going to work for me. I explained to the person on the phone that I needed something sooner to which he said you can walk in and we might have someone available. So, I walked in and immediately saw the person who spoke on the phone get an attitude. He walked up to me and said I told you to come at 3:30. I told him once again that I could not come back in at 3:30 due to work. My mom suggested we schedule an appointment for Sunday, and he replied "You need to show up" basically accusing us of not showing up the last time we spoke to him. I walked in for my scheduled appointment and explained what I wanted done which was a full set because it would look bad if you were to put new tips on the only two nails that fell off and fill in the rest. He as well as one other lady said that it's been over 3 weeks because of the growth even though I have spent THREE WEEKS trying to resolve the issue. I continued to express my concern and they laughed directly in my face and were acting like I was stupid. They were extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and have lack of communication skills. I told them to just remove the nails because it was becoming pointless to argue with them being that they were extremely rude. While getting them removed I could tell they were talking rudely about me in their language based on the fact they were looking at me while talking and laughing. This place is dirty both in cleanliness and attitude-wise. Plenty of PROFESSIONAL nail salons out there so don't waste your time and money at this one. read more

Having a bestie day, after breakfast we decided to go for pedicures and found this place. We were the first customers of the day and the staff was very friendly and quick to get us in. They took their time massaging our feet and legs, almost fell asleep it was so relaxing. It was clean and a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this place. read more

This place has too high of a rating. It was clean, except for the pedicure chairs didn't have disposable bags in the bottom part, which threw me of at first. I had my gel nails shaved down right over my lap and my nail lady got it all over me and my shoes. The lady next to me on the pedicure chairs sat down 20 minutes after me but got up before me. And then to top it off, my gel nails don't match the color i have on my toes, even though I said 3 times I would like the same color. She just picked the closest looking color through the bottle and decided it was the same. Now my nails look a mess. Just a sloppy job done overall. Came in for a mani, pedi & brows. When I left I thought my nails looked nice. But within 9 days the gel polish started to lift and peel. Normally gel lasts at a minimum 2 weeks so I was a little irritated that it lifted so quickly. Had my brows done and they were terrible, uneven. I would not go back. read more

Just your average nail salon. I came here from a friends recommendation but was a little disappointed. Paid about $50 for a mani/pedi with tip, which isn't bad, but want impressed. The man who did my pedi seemed annoyed and in a rush. The girl who did my nails cut my finger, it wouldn't stop bleeding and she just painted over it. Ashley was highly recommended and did a great job... $18 for a gel manicure... one star because the gel started chipping and coming off just 3 days later. Gel normally lasts me 2 weeks. He also airbrushed the white polish, which I didn't ask for and was another $5.00. My nails were done so poorly that they were chipped not even a day later and looked horrible. Walked in, all meathead dudes in bass pro hats - not necessarily a bad thing, just... odd. The place was dirty, like rings around the tubs, dusty chairs, unswept floors - ew. During my pedicure the technician asked if I wanted the dead skin off my heels, I said yes please and he looked annoyed and said he would be charging me an extra $5. I have never ever been charged extra - it's part of the basic pedicure! He was quite rough and seemed irritated to be working. He also began to starring at me for long periods of time, to the point that it made me uncomfortable. It was a really bad experience, so many better nail salons in the area - don't go here. read more

I've been going to this salon for the past 7 years for pink and whites, eyebrow waxing, and pedicures. The wait is never long and my nails always look great and last for a while, even while growing out. I waited 45mins even though I had an appointment and didn't even get an apology. Don just said that no one told him that he had an appointment. Extremely unprofessional. They're always talking about their personal lives at work. Cursing up a storm in front of customers. Answering their phones when they're doing your nails or waxing your eyebrows. No consistency between nail techs. I had to tell the lady what products to use for my deluxe pedicure. She's fairly new so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Then she offered a "callous removal" for $5 extra which I've never heard of at this establishment and I told her that I didn't want it. Then at the end they charge me for it and when I explained what happened (obvious language barrier) they got upset and started speaking Vietnamese and then Sue removed the $5. BTW the service I got charged for didn't even happen. I still had rough spots on my heels. I've been going here for years and to be honest, Idk why I haven't left sooner. Don does a great job on my nails most of the time and I love how Kat does my pedicure and wax but all the other cons just don't make the pros worth it anymore.
