I usually only book with Lili, as I've had bad experiences with other staff in the past, so I stick with the one person who consistently does my nails the way I like. One afternoon, I came in with my two children, who were well behaved. As soon as we walked in, the owner looked at my girls and began speaking in another language to his staff. It was obvious there was some kind of issue based on their interactions. He told me to sit down, appeared to argue with the nail tech who was going to work on me, and then said, "Just try your best." Less than a minute later, my daughter accidentally dropped her cheeseburger and became upset. Almost immediately without giving me a chance to address the situation he came up to me and said they could not do my nails with my kids there because they "distract the staff." I felt extremely embarrassed. I calmly said okay and left. While I understand that an upset child can be distracting, they did not give me any opportunity to handle it. My children were eating and sitting quietly with their tablets prior to that moment. What upset me the most is that after being a loyal customer for three years, the one time I brought my kids it became an issue. If this salon is not kid-friendly, that should be clearly stated upfront. The way this situation was handled made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed, and unfortunately, I will not be returning.

I immediately loved how clean it looked and smelled, not like crazy nail products. I was accepted as a walk in and told to choose my color then have a seat. There was an array of colors and types of polish to choose from, loved that. The wait time was much shorter than expected considering I was a walk The manager, Tony, filled me in and let me know we were waiting for a single nail tech to service both my mani and pedi and also gave me the heads up that I would be here a little after closing. I appreciated the heads up and overall time estimate. Once my tech was nearing availability, I was sat by Tony, in my pedi chair, asked what I would like to drink (complimentary water, wine, soda), pedi water was set and I was prepped for my tech. Yuri, my tech came over with great energy and was very attentive to my needs and vision for my nails. Yuri was very informative about the type of polish I should use for the style of French I wanted. Yuri exceeded my expectations for my pedicure and full set. I WILL be booking her in the future. Overall, I throughly enjoyed my experience and appreciate the flexibility I was given. Oh! And the price was far less than expected!! --- update I have been coming here for almost a year now and Yuri is MY tech. My husband and brother in law have since come for mani pedis and LOVED the experience. Lynn is my husbands designated tech. The ladies and Tony have met my son, a whole family affair. Needless to say we love this nail spa.

I would encourage you to review one of their other 1 star ratings. The poor response management gave was similar to the one I got. Notably, the client's nails did not look good in the photo provided. Instead of taking the feedback and seeking ways to improve the experience they made excuses for falling short of the client's expectations. Any customer that patronizes a business is entitled to express their experience via a Google Review. A good business owner should strive to seek resolution, not conflict. I can't image any scenario where it's appropriate to nearly harass a client via text message simply because you didn't like their review, which is what happened to me. Unacceptable. Based on their response, I can't imagine what the response would have been in person. This is exactly why people often don't complain. Despite being dissatisfied with the overall look of my nails, I still tipped which speaks to the genuineness of my review. I acknowledged the fact that I had no issues with the pedicure in the first review. Was the manicure bad? No, but it simply wasn't what I was looking for and I'm entitled to express that in person or via an online post. I'm neither required to run my review by anyone for approval regardless of whether it was previously communicated or not. I didn't like the shape and I'm entitled to that opinion. The photo I showed you of my nails is not at all how they looked when I left, you did break it by drilling off the dip powder, and neither the size nor shape was the same for both hands. Doesn't matter how much I paid or how much you disagree. End of story. ---------------------------------------------- Initial review: 3 stars Pedicure: 10/10 Still on the fence about the manicure, here's why: My biggest point of dissatisfaction was that she broke a fairly large chunk off of my natural nail. Prior to my appointment, I explained that 2 of my nails had extra dip and gel applied under the nail and would need extra time to soak off. This request was not adhered to. The tech instead drilled all the dip power off my nails and broke it. Had this been soaked off it wouldn't have broken. While I understood their position on acetone you cannot drill that much dip off a persons hand and manually remove a tip without breaking the natural nail. Shape wise, I feel like the nail was left in a worse position than before I came. I did not like the overall shape of my nails as I felt they were shaped too narrow. I think this was due in part to her using a nail mold to apply the builder gel as opposed to free form. As a result, my nail is shaped more like the nail mold she used as opposed to my natural nails. I honestly didn't say anything before I left because I thought I could easily fix it when I got home by applying a layer of gel to thicken up the application. I hope how narrow she shaped them didn't permanently alter the natural shape of my nails. Finally, all of my nails are not the same shape or length. I've been doing my own nails and going to salons for as long as I can remember and you must always make sure to compare both hands together to make sure they look the same. I had a special but they charge upwards of 120 for a manicure. At that price quality assurance is nonnegotiable Overall loved my pedicure and they were really nice. I'm open to trying again but if it comes at the expense of making my nails even more narrow I'm unsure of I'll continue getting manicures here.
