You can tell they care about their customers and what kind of impression they give people. This is hands down the kindest and most well taken care of property I've seen, with amazing floor plans and location. Marissa G was such a bubbly personality and honestly people forget how far a good and honest impression of an apartment complex can go. Good job guys! I really hope I can move here in May! UPDATE: Of course I ended up moving here! It was a lovely move in process even though COVID restrictions have been full force since before then! Still a super caring and lovely staff and I continue to recommend how awesome Marissa G. is. She dealt with me switching back and forth a ton and was super fast and responsive always. I love my apartment even though it's hard to tell I've been living here a month (any one else feeling lazy these past few months? ) and my dog loves it. Love it here!! Added some photos from when I got the keys.

I have lived at this community for only three months, and it has been one of the most frustrating…read morerental experiences I've ever had. Beginning with my first interaction with management on my scheduled move in day. I had not visited the property yet as I was relocating from out of state - the individual I met with was not prepared for my appointment and acted annoyed I was there even telling me I could give myself a tour- me not knowing where any of the amenities were ect. I did express that I would rather someone show me than wondering around the complex. He responded with offering me a map. I should have decided then not to go through with this lease, but the location is really convenient for work and the fenced in yard for my dog was important to me. The biggest issue has been my front door. I submitted four maintenance requests over several weeks because the locking mechanism was malfunctioning. I also reached out via the renter's portal and e-mail. Despite repeatedly reporting the problem, I was continually told I wasn't operating the door correctly- mind you I also rent a Camden apartment in Saint Petersburg, FL now for 3 years and never had a single issue with my door. Unfortunately, the door failed twice, resulting in two separate after-hours lockouts. During the most recent incident, I was locked out with two young children while my dog was trapped inside the apartment. It took approximately 30 minutes just to reach emergency maintenance, and when they arrived, they were unable to open the door because my apartment's spare key had been misplaced after my previous lockout. Maintenance ultimately had to break my window latch and screen just to get us back inside. Only after four maintenance requests, messages through the resident portal, emails to management, and a public post on the community page was the entire locking mechanism finally replaced. Once it was replaced, the problem was resolved immediately confirming that this was a maintenance issue all along, not user error. I've also had issues with communication and billing, including being told I owed a pet fee that I had already paid at move-in and my rent has been different each month due to added and changing fees. Rather than acknowledging mistakes, I have consistently felt that concerns were minimized or shifted back onto the resident instead of being addressed. Furthermore, although it is a gated community - several car break ins have been reported, and a vehicle was stolen recently and a strange man even walked into 2 different people's apartments! SEVERAL tenants refuse to clean up after their pets' leaving piles of poo in several places in the community that otherwise would be a nice walk. The gyms are dirty and they stink and often times people bring in their children. The pool has been closed for 4 weeks with NO COMMUNICATION AS TO WHY OR WHEN WE CAN EXPECT IT TOO RE-OPEN. When asked on the community page - the response from management did not address any questions asked and just reminded everyone they are only allowed 2 guests at the pool - ????????? Prospective renters deserve to know these things before making a decision to rent here.

When We complained, that this wasn't what we signed in our lease the manager immediately said that she would waive the transfer fee to move to the second floor when one became available. But we weren't going to unpack and repack a few months later when it would become available so we just stuck with the third floor._ Only bad thing is those stairs w/ 3 kiddos and Groceries!) Invest in Grocery Delivery-Saved my life! The only problems that I have ever had is the AC going out a few times since we lived here. The maintaince is really on point and has come almost immediately or within 15 to 20 minutes to fix it for us. That's the best part of these apartments are the maintenance in my opinion, they fix things for you, they come in a timely manner ,they're just so helpful and leave your apartment exactly how you left it. Unfortunately we don't want to sign another lease, due to the cost of the apartment- a bit pricey for a 4 bedroom in my opinion when they're are houses for rent cheaper. Only thing that has been a little bit different.. Is that one day the leasing manager, leasing agent and assistant manager was in the office working and the next day they all didn't work there. That was a little iffy for me when I came into the office asking for the previous assistant manager and was told that she no longer was "With them" . But so far the staff that is there now now has been nice, helpful and attentive which is Great. Very family-friendly Apt ,always doing activities for kids and families. I would definitely definitely within these apartments.

I had one major issue with my A/C unit needed freon once a month and I put in trouble ticket after trouble ticket and finally they had to replace my unit because it would no longer take freon and in the meanwhile they did provide me with a small window unit until the issue was resolved which took about 7 days I felt like this should have been taken care of in a more timely manner especially since I had to put in a trouble ticket once a month. I lived in building 2 which is right behind Gringos and cracker barrel I would always hear their alarms going off In the early morning or late night and I would always hear waste management emptying they're dumpsters in the early morning usually between they hours of 4-5am. Barbi has what you would describe, what I would describe, and what many many people on film or in…read moreperson have described, as a Grand Harbor. And I don't harbor any ill feelings about that, it's actually one of the biggest turn ons. And if you don't believe me, check her out on cam den you will. We've been looking for a new place to live, further from the bustle of inner city Houston, and Katy is somewhere we've always strongly considered because of all the great food that is here, although Houston food is much better, and we've been thinking of moving to Katy because of how quiet and unspoiled it is. Besides, Katy is actually about the same distance from Chinatown (feels like it anyway) and Spring Branch as Downtown Houston (which is near where we live), so in that regard, it wouldn't be as far from the best of Houston anyway. Plus it might be good for Barbi's work, but then again it might not in some ways, as it's mostly Galleria work and Airport work. Anyway we've checked out a bunch of different apartment buildings and these guys were pretty nice and pretty accommodating, but the horror stories from the current residents that we've spoken to, and some of the things we observed when we slept over for a night with someone that lives here (who also has lots of stories), and then the other reviews, this place ended up being anything but something that we would want to be involved with. I just find the juxtaposition between the amount they charge for tiny little violations of a very strange code of conduct, versus how non-existent security is, and inappropriate interpretations of rules just for profit, even as much as towing people away that actually live here (we were worried about it when we stayed, but apparently even residents are). Definitely not going to get more than three from me. And probably won't be moving in. Not to mention they raise the price dramatically on a regular basis. But based on how beautiful it is, it's 5 stars all the way. It's so sad that so many property management companies make so many beautiful properties a bit of a nightmare to live in.

The leasing office has been responding to all my complaints and are always very prompt! But the noise still continues and the neighbors are very inconsiderate. The noise with all the running, jumping, screaming and stomping starts about 6 or 7 AM and continues until midnight! I understand little ones run around and have a lot of energy but ALL DAY AND NIGHT?! Now that I have reported it to the leasing office, the noise seems intentional because it has become worse. I would have moved to the 3rd floor if they had elevators but they don't! And unfortunately I have osteoarthritis in my knee so I cannot climb 3 flights of stairs every day. The office has assured me that they are taking the necessary steps to inform the neighbors and to resolve the issue but it takes time. The neighbors seem to not care and continue every day. Other than that, the complex itself is great! My unit is nice and roomy! I LOVE, LOVE my patio area and how it is set up! Maintenance always responds to my request fast and most of the time the same day. The grounds are well kept and clean. The staff Jeremie, Heather and Fadi are always professional and considerate! Maintenance is always courteous. And most of the residents I have interacted with or met in passing are decent human beings and respectful.

God forbid Amazon ever leaves a package at the office on accident because they complain the whole time they have to go look for it and stress that they're not even suppose to receive packages like you specifically asked for Amazon to leave them there. The apartments are brand new, and we were the first to live in our and yet there was still issues. The first few months we had a leak in our celling from and they took months to come in and fix it. Every time it would rain our bed would get wet since the leak was in the middle of the room. The amount of times our building elevator was out of service was ridiculous. It was once out for over 2 months and when they fixed it, it only lasted about 2 days till it was out of service again. All this luxurious expensive complex could offer was a coupon for instacart. You pay an absurd amount of money for a brand new bridgeland complex for the experience of a cheap and old complex. The amenities. The pool is gorgeous, but never clean. Every time we would go it was full of bugs and dirt. The grills were always so dirty and half the time only of them worked. You'd think at a place like this one they would be comfortable and you'd feel safe. The amount of times the police would show up and leave with someone arrested, wow. Then the gate, it's always broken. Do you have kids, a baby? Don't plan on them sleeping all night, the fire alarms for the WHOLE building will go off at midnight or later with no sign of a fire. One time I wouldn't say anything shit happens. But this happened minimum 4 times while we were there. The fire fighters would show up everyone would be outside just incase it was real and it never was. I could go on and on. In the beginning I asked them about the damages that occurred/asked to view the cameras but they were no help at all. The maintenance team knew he damaged my car and was never going to say anything. This the same maintenance team that I have to trust to come into my apartment????? Half of everything in here is broke or breaking down. (Only been here for 2 and a half months) from day one the apartment was dirty with boots marks in the tub. All of the door stoppers comes out every single day with the lightest touch. The bathroom sink that's been reported broken over TWO MONTHS is still broken to this day. On top that(which isn't everything) WE HAVE BLACK MOLD.(That has been causing me breathing problems) I have pics of when they removed the wood to put some chemical on it with a wet towel. They caulked and "TRIED " to paint over it. The very first time we noticed mold , we were told to put bleach on it. Now this is the third time and we are being told that it may take 2-3 hours to fix... I don't trust this company and rather stay somewhere safe. Not here, especially for $2055 a month. We are being told that the only way to get out of our lease is to pay thousands of dollars.Possibly up to ($26,000.00) Which is not fair because we are the victims.
