Seems pretty strange to me since I pay to live on this property. Also the pool. The lone maintenance man apparently reserves the right to decide day to day when the pool is open. Management says Monday is the day he works on the pool. However, its closed multiple times on multiple days. I've never lived anywhere where this kind of thing happens. And there is never a concrete explanation for why.

To make matters worse, the very same day I was denied, management attempted to upsell me on an identical apartment with the same specifications for $200 more a month. The catch? It wouldn't even be available until October. So, not only was I left without housing on my move-in date, but I was also insulted with the suggestion that I should wait an extra month and pay more for the same product. That is not "professional leasing practice" that is predatory behavior, plain and simple. What's most disappointing is not even the denial itself, but the complete disregard for integrity. If this is how your management team operates playing games with people's livelihoods and basic housing needs then it's a matter of time before others are harmed as well. Imagine if I truly had nowhere else to go, if it was just me and my child depending on this move. That's the reality you toyed with for profit. Just an example been a resident for a really long time. They go up in price EVERY SINGLE TIME NO EXCEPTIONS. Started off at $900.00 now at $1500 for a one bedroom although prices on the website for 1300.00. Paying $2400 in a year over market rate. When you try to speak with them about it they are so proud of taking advantage and just plain rude. The last conversation with the person that did the renewal was the deciding factor. Update: The grounds are not being properly maintained. We need to get some type of pressure washer cleaner on the premises to clean up the build up of dirt, spider webs, wasp nests, and miscellaneous debris in the hallways and stairways. They advertise as a "luxury" community, but there isn't anything luxurious about getting stung by a wasp or bit by a spider! It is a very quiet community, neighbors are very friendly, and the grounds are always kept in very nice condition. It is unfortunate that some of the residents do not respect the amount of work the landscaping company puts into maintaining the grounds because I see residents leaving their dog poop on the ground - which is absolutely absurd being that there are numerous dog cleaning stations conveniently located throughout the community. The 24/7 Starbucks bar was pretty awesome, until residents took advantage and started stock piling coffee supplies, causing management to put a lock down on such items. Now for the con....parking....absolutely....sucks. Pardon my French. Honestly if you don't plan on shelling out the money for a carport or garage then plan on parking outside on the street majority of the time. Also, do not opt for a space with the divider, they are extremely tight and only geared toward small compact cars. Silver lining, if you get a carport (without the divider) or a garage, they are large enough to fit two cars.

On 12/31/25 all four tires were stolen from my vehicle while it was parked at the parking lot by the second entrance I discovered the vehicle on 12/31/25 7:00Am. Significant damage was caused, and the vehicle was rendered undrivable. A police report has been filed , and photos documenting the damage are available upon request. What is especially concerning is that I am aware this type of theft has occurred previously within the apartment complex. Given the repeated nature of these incidents, it appears management was--or should have been--aware of an ongoing safety issue affecting residents' vehicles. I was not notified of any prior incidents nor warned of an increased risk in this area. This serves as a formal request for the following: * Written confirmation that this incident has been documented by management * Information regarding any existing cameras on the property and whether footage is being reviewed * An explanation of what security measures are currently in place * Details on what immediate steps will be taken to address and prevent further incidents (e.g., increased lighting, security patrols, cameras, or resident notifications) While I understand that apartment communities often disclaim responsibility for theft, management does have a responsibility to take reasonable steps to address known and recurring safety issues and to notify residents accordingly. The lack of preventative measures or warning in light of prior incidents is deeply concerning. I am requesting a prompt written response addressing the above points. I would also like to discuss reasonable accommodations or resolutions moving forward, given the financial loss and safety concerns resulting from this incident. Reaching out to a resident's family members over a review is unacceptable and has made me feel threatened and harassed rather than heard. Reviews are meant to provide honest feedback. Management's response should be focused on resolving concerns, not retaliating or involving family members. i went to view these apartments, and don't get me wrong they are by far perfect the view was…read moreamazing, office agent was wonderful. first i presented things to the leasing agent so she could be aware of what she was about to get into upon processing my application. miss. andrea assured me and my co applicant that there would be no problems with getting me approved. the problem was when i moved to houston, i broke my lease to move here, which caused them to place and eviction on my credit report, nevertheless, they have a program that's called second chance which allows you to pay the back rent off while paying to move into the apt. ok everything was fine my co-applicant filled out the app for me and her and she also submitted the payment of 375.00 off the wrong card,(redflag). a day or two goes by and i contact the office to get an email submitted to me to send over my documents for the apt which was my check stubs. jeanette the office manager ansewered the phone and she called herself assisting me, she then passed judgement off of the background check which showed the eviction but if these are second chance apt as i was told, that shouldnt matter plus that was paid off which i informed the agent. this woman submitted my app without me putting in my income stated my coapplicant documents couldnt be verified, why not?? called the 1-800 number for the app they use for verification. i was told this decision was on the manager she made the decision based on a return payment which could have been processed again. due to previous tendants using cpns doing fraud she placed us in that catorgory. i think reallly dont think she like blacks at all. the apt are nice but i wouldnt recommend. im pissed off cause this is how she handled it, stated i was a red flag from the jump how ?? cause im black with on eviciction.?/ bs
