This was our first time using Brandon Tree Care Company. From the first contacting them, Joe was professional and provided information that other tree companies did not provide. Crew arrived on time, were extremely professional, polite and knew exactly what they were doing. They had to figure out how to take down a tree that was over a propane tank and did it very carefully as they worked together to get the tree cut. The other tree was about 75 ft tall and we wanted it to fall in a certain place as not to fall on the street or driveway, they were careful and got it done perfectly. Totally impressed!!!! I called while on my way home in a traffic jam and spoke to Joe who said he'd come out that same evening to give me an estimate. He had just trimmed my friend's tree a week prior. While getting an estimate on my yard, Clayton (Clayton's Bobcat Service) found that the roots in on my tree were lifting and that the tree needed to go. Enter Joe from Brandon Tree Care - he said it looked like that tree needed to go now because it was starting to lean pretty badly. He sent me an estimate the same night and said they could take care of it the next day! Huge relief to me and when I got home from work, the tree was down - no damage to the fence or anything and they nicely moved my pots of plants and the wood was cut into rounds as I had requested. Brandon Tree Care service is top notch. We were impressed from the get go with our walk around the yard and Joe's knowledge of trees and helpful suggestions. The crew worked 2 days on our property and were attentive to our wishes. They were very professional and handled all the work safely. He and his crew tackled four oak trees and four pine trees that were either leaning towards, or directly over, my home and detached garage. Joe proved himself to be both knowledgeable and capable of handling the complex work and he did it at a very competitive rate. My neighbors were having tree work done on a tree near our fence line. The owner of this company was carelessly cutting and dropping large limbs into my yard. When I went over to ask what was going on he had an immediate attitude with me and said I should just throw the branches back over the fence. I spent over an hour trying to clean his mess. He was obviously hoping he would be gone before I came home to see what he was doing. Do yourself a favor and call someone more reputable. Also please be aware, he does not carry Workers Comp insurance even though he had an employee on site with him. read more

I had two large pine trees on my property that I wanted removed. When I called for an estimate, Joe was able to come out within an hour to look at my trees. He was friendly and polite and got the estimate to me within a couple days. The price was very reasonable and he seemed very knowledgeable about the work he does, so I hired him. He showed up when he said he would and did a great job removing the trees. The tallest tree had almost no where to land, as it was wedged between our house, a pole line, some large oaks and two small recently planted maples. He managed to take it down without causing any damage. One small limb got pulled off one of my maples, but I'm confident the tree will recover just fine. We had him remove all the wood too, which was a huge undertaking. I have several trees on my property and will definitely contact Joe for any future tree care needs. read more

My wife and I could not be more impressed! This last windstorm decided to drop a huge tree not only across our driveway but crushed our electric gate. We were trapped on our property on a Sunday no less! My wife called, told them our situation and they were there in less than an hour. Joe got out of his truck, sized up the situation and got right to it. In just over 30 minutes he had the tree cut into sections and the driveway cleared and cleaned up. Highly recommend! The Brandon Tree Care team trimmed down couple of our beautiful oaks recently. They did a wonderful job taking down branches and trunks, and left the property pretty much the way they found it (minus "the surgery" on the trees). I had three bids for tree work and his was the lowest by far, He scheduled a day and showed up on time. My neighbor needed to be present since a couple of the trees to be trimmed to open a better view of the lake for me were on his property. Joe was awesome helping to cut and thin the tree to open our view without affecting the neighbors tree. My neighbors are happy and I'm happy!
