I recently reached out to Steve for help in filing an amended tax return. He was able to easily…read morecommunicate the steps that we would take including which documents he required, how to securely provide them digitally, and he provided a very accurate estimate of how long the expected work would take. The whole process went smoothly. Steve would let me know whenever he needed an additional document that I didn't initially provide, or a signature on some new forms. The whole process of transferring documents back and forth in a secure system went was very convenient. I had several questions along the way and Steve always seemed happy to address any and all of them without any issues. Taxes are always intimidating to me and I never look forward to doing them. So it was refreshing to be able to work with Steve, who just really made the entire process pretty stress free. If I ever need help with my returns in the future, I would be happy to go back to Steve.
