I requested to speak with the Owner and got every excuse, continuing to use the sane excuse they used the year prior. It was absolutely absurd. It took me having to seek a lawyer and the lawyer to outreach for them to finally get my taxes done in December 2025- yes December 2025- right as 2025 are now going to be due. On top of us owing and penalties, I then had to pay them a decent amount for poor services and when I tried to discuss a refund the owner disappears but then writes back to what he wants too. No accountability of the poor response, stress they cause as i have never had late taxes until abbott, poor follow up and follow through, as well lack of professional accountability.
