This business has unfortunately gone downhill since Brandon is no longer in charge. I did business with Brandon for many years and never had the level of issues I've experienced recently. The biggest problem is reliability and communication. They are constantly closed during posted business hours, and there always seems to be an excuse as to why no one is there. Communication about timelines and when work will actually be completed is inconsistent and unclear. Instead of getting answers, it often feels like you're met with confusion and no real direction. It's disappointing because this used to be a business I trusted and recommended. Sadly, I can no longer recommend them based on my recent experiences. read more

Customer service is so important to us. When you find a business that goes above and beyond, you talk about them! Let me start off by saying the owners Gloria & Brandon truly know how to provide amazing, top notch customer service! We originally only came to their store just to get new cushions for our chaise lounge chairs but....Gloria is a FANTASTIC salesperson & told me that they also do iron furniture refurbishing. Once we got back home & I looked our current iron furniture that was in dire need of being refurbished, I called Gloria & got a quote for refurbishing our chaise lounge chairs & high top table & chairs. And also realized we needed to replace our 10 year old Sunbrella cushions on our couch & club chairs. Gloria was super helpful & patient with helping me to pick out new Sunbrella fabric that coordinated with our current throw pillows. Brandon did a phenomenal job making sure we got the brown powder coating paint for our refurbished furniture job to be completed. There was a bit of a hassle with this job because the original powder coat color we picked out was backordered & Brandon did his best to make sure we got the color we wanted ....which involved him going above & beyond & having to drive across town to get us the color we wanted. On top of everything, we also needed to have all of our new cushions & newly coated furniture delivered by a specific date.....Gloria & Brandon made sure that this happened & we truly appreciate that! And when all of the furniture & cushions were delivered, the 2 delivery people were very careful, courteous & professional during the process of unloading / setting up everything in our backyard. Best of all, their pricing CANNOT be beat! Hands down....Paradise Patio's customer service, product quality, selection, & pricing are the BEST in the Valley!! In looking for a company to make our chase lounge cushions I did loads of research around the valley. I found 'Paradise Patio' in Mesa to be the best pricing and quality I could find. My new flawlessly made cushions fit the chase lounges perfectly, yet I wasn't happy with the color. Gloria, the owner, wanted me to be satisfied, she went through her stock on hand, and we found a color I was happy with. Let me start by saying that above all the customer service provided by Paradise Patio is superb. We placed our first order with them in April of 2020. we initial purchased a sofa, ottoman, two club chairs and a side table. thwy we're able to customize the prices to our specifications as my husband is 6'7" so we needed some of the cushions to be taller. The furniture was completed on schedule even during Covid. The delivery drivers were courteous and careful with our furniture and everything turned out amazing. Fast forward two years, we stopped in to order a towel rack to match. Brandon remembered the exact color and got us taken care of. Several months later we got a metal patio table and chairs from a family member. I recalled that Brandon and Gloria offer refurbishment of old sets. As we were driving across town late on a Sunday afternoon I sent a message to them through the website to inquire about a quote. Brandon replied immediately and even came to the shop which was already closed to take a look, saving us the time of going home, unloading and then loading it again to drive back over. Unfortunately, the fabric we used previously was discontinued. Brandon tried searching and wasn't able to find it anywhere so he helped us to select a complementary fabric to what we already had. I continued searching online for the fabric and two weeks later found some from a random Etsy seller in Canada. Brandon allowed a credit on our order and I order the fabric from Canada. We are now just waiting for everything to be come and wrapped up, but I know that Paradise Patio will do an amazing job! We did stop by and were able to see the chairs that had been repowdercoated to match the rest of our set and it looks spectacular! read more

Paradise patio furniture made for us cushions for a custom breakfast nook. We try to save money by providing just the measures of the benches and that did lead to some issues in one of the cushions and the length of another. We send pics and paradise patio furniture made adjustments to the too long cushion and made a cushion for the spot that was missing it. Looking back probably would have been best to get them to take the measurements to begin with. But I am satisfied with the final product. read more
