Halloween came early and I love it. I can always bank on the Halloween stuff being out and ready right after the 4th of July. Today did not disappoint! Walking in I gasped with excitement. I see the wonderful Halloween things right away upon walking in and I was like a kid in a candy store. For me Halloween is my favorite holiday so my eyes light up like I am a kid again. Going down the aisles I could see that they were still stocking things and there would be more to come, but there was enough to keep me interested and scouring the aisles for what I wanted this shopping trip. The aisles were clean and clear, and the employees were nice whether they were in the store on the floor or at the cash register, which made the experience very pleasant. It's always so tempting with all of the ghouls and goblins and skeletons and pumpkins galore. Today I left with some cobwebs for my fireplace mantle for only $2.99 wow! What a deal!! We stopped by At Home to see what Halloween stuff they already had out since it's right around the Fourth of July, and they already have a pretty good selection with even more coming. We ended up leaving with a mantle decoration, but they already had everything from the giant skeletons and yard decorations to a few inflatables and plenty of indoor décor. The store was clean, easy to walk through, and the cashier was nice and friendly, which made for a pleasant checkout. Their prices are kind of a mixed bag. About half the time you find something and think, "That's a really good price," and the other half you're thinking it's a little more expensive than you expected. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because it seems like a lot of their larger decorations end up with some kind of damage. If you're buying one of the bigger items, it's worth taking a few minutes to dig through the stock and find the one in the best condition. Other than that, it's a fun place to browse, especially if you're ready to start decorating for Halloween way too early like we are. read more

I ordered an umbrella and stand from them. They said they would deliver but only delivered the stand and then texted me that the umbrella was not available. I called the number on the order and they basically they would cancel the order so I saId OK. About an hour later the stand arrived via Uber. I told them to take it back and they said they could not and they had to leave it here. I called the number again and they said I would have to bring it back personally or order something to go with it. I tried to order a few things and they kept saying out of stock and also would have charged me another delivery charge. The person on the phone said I had to order on line or go in the store as they could not help. I was upset and they told me that kept telling me I had to stop my attitude. read more

TO THE Manager: your store is in violation of basic handicap laws. Your handicap parking is wrongly place at the far ends of the parking lot instead of being placed near the front door. Also, your handicap restroom is placed at the farthest back corner of the store. The combined distance is over a half mile. read more

I went into At Home with zero expectations. As a retail/resale wanderer I was excited to see what was available! Y'all!!! Don't sleep on this establishment! They sell anything you could need for your home and in every color. The best part were the prices! I was blown away over and over again when I stumbled upon items that I paid more for on Amazon or Walmart. Grrrr. They had tons of items marked 50% and 75% off. I am not a huge fan of shopping, and especially things I have to assemble myself (I am talking to you IKEA) but much like that store they have some unbelievable deals going on here. I have mixed feelings about At Home. The store has very nice inventory to select from, that is in stock. The only issue is the staff. Today I did encounter one very nice person who actually asked if I found what I needed. Everyone else was awful the cashier (no name tag) would not even look at me, greet me or give me a bag for my rugs. One staffer tried to run me over with a cart. The one rating is for the inventory being in stock. Even Amazon did not have the rugs I needed. Bad customer service helps Amazon remain so popular (among other reasons). It is the holiday season. People should not work with the public if they do not like people so be nice or stay home. read more

This is my first visit to this location. I usually go to the at home in Scottsdale. Before Christmas it's always decorated incredibly beautiful. Well, actually before any holiday they always have scores of decorations. They are open seven days a week. And they are one of the few stores that have Halloween decorations left. However, the supplies are almost down to Nothing now, for all the Decor. The shelves are empty and there's very little Christmas ,although they have signs (coming soon ) everywhere . The worst thing is some of the products are so cheaply made . They have the metal signs For Halloween, for instance. They are so flimsily made they would break in the wind. They're almost like soft plastic and they want $20 for one sign. What is a consistent theme throughout the store ,very poorly made products for a high price . On the bright side, check out was easy ,the people that work there are pleasant, and there's lots of parking in the lot. read more

This place is crazy big and has just about anything you would want/need for home decor. My wife and I spent two hours just walking around looking at various home goods. We are really in the market for new furniture, rugs and art but if we were we would definitely come here as on of our stops. I gave it four stars because, perhaps to no fault of theirs, many of the isles were completely empty. Not sure if that's due to the holiday season buy-out or the global supply chain challenges. I had to return an area rug that I had ordered online and delivered. Nikki was so nice letting me return it and even got it out of my car for me. She also helped me when I selected a different one to get it out of the bin. The cashier even carried it to my car for me. Great customer service!!! read more

I enjoy the selection and all their options. Their prices are average, not bad nor great. My problem is that sevice is hard to find here. There was a painting I saw on one trip that I wanted to see if it would fit in the place I had in mind before buying it. When I came back to buy it, I couldn't find it. I had a photo of it with the UPC code so I searched for someone to tell me if they have it in stock. The only place to get help is to wait in the long line at the register. They looked it up, said they had 3 and told me what aisle it should be in. I searched every aisle with no luck. After searching for someone to ask, I found someone (eventually) and they then said it could be in transit to the store. There's no way to know if it's in store or in transit. I left, came back 2 days later and still couldn't find it. I again stood in a long line at check out for them to look it up. They said they now had 1. I asked if there was another store nearby that may have it and she said she could look it but but I'd have to go wait until she rung everyone in line up!! I stood in that line already, now I have to wait again?? Ridiculous!!! I've given up on looking for it but how to find it online. read more

One of the cashiers, Lisa, was incredibly rude! My mom went to her to ask for some help and was met with a rude and cold attitude. She rolled her eyes at my mom for asking for help to get a painting down from the wall. Everyone else in the store was kind while they stocked the shelves and the other cashier was lovely. We found this home decorating store by mistake . and decided to check it out. Well to our surprise its a huge warehouse! We spent a hour in there and only saw half of everything. They have furniture, pictures, wall decor, glass ware, rugs and more. The prices are reasonable and I'd like to go back. read more

Great store, super big and you could get lost in there for a while. Pros: good items, huge variety, good service most of the time (once I came and stood in a loooong line at the cash registers because they only had 1 person working), fun place. Cons: can't buy products online so you have to find everything in store, you have to find employees most of the time if you need something but that's fine! We went once to find 5 baskets and we were helped out a ton, nice service and lots of options. Good return policy and overall good store. read more

Stumbled across this place earlier this week--I can't believe I had never heard of it before! Reminds me of a Kirkland's and Bed Bath & Beyond all rolled into one--With much better prices! I think I spent over an hour in there and picked up picture frames, bedding, fun stuff for the yard and also found some artwork and chairs that I want the husband to go back and "approve" (ok--pick up, load into the car and carry into the house). The only down-side is that there were some items that I couldn't find price tags for--Not a huge deal because this happens everywhere, but there were not too many employees in the store, and check-out is all the way in the front and kind of around a corner? Makes it hard to do a price-check, but overall, a great place that I will definitely be heading back to!! read more

It's a nice store, but totally pointless. Everything is overpriced. Not to mention the same style. There's a modern feel to all of their items which I am not a fan of. When every item looks like it was designed by the same person with the same taste, it's not a good thing. But I do enjoy walking around the store aimlessly as it is quite large with lots to look at. Went in here looking for neem oil and a garden sprayer for my hose, only to find out that it's not a garden supply store. The name fooled me. Other than that it looked ok for outdoor and home related goods on the cheap. Lots of stuff, just on the cheap side. And no one was working anywhere in the store apparently, because I wandered around looking for the "garden supply" section, or a human being that could at least direct me where to find those items. Most places I just browse because things like these are usually ridiculously priced, but not garden ridge. the prices were great and the selection was amazing, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, there wasn't much in the way of staff that I noticed, which is good for me, so you can shop peacefully with out being bothered. read more

This is a home decor super store that will eat away your hours and money, trust me! There is no shortage of variety and inspiration here. However, what is lacking 100% is their customer service and promotions. No sales, no promos that I could ever find and after signing up for their email twice still don't receive any introductory (wait for it...) 5% coupon. On my first visit I could only find one employee on their massive sales floor when I asked about back stock for a patio chair since one was badly scratched. Since she didn't "think there were anymore" I asked about a possible discount figuring I could easily repaint them. She just responded she couldn't do that and ask when I'm ready to check out to talk to a mgr. I would've liked to know before lugging multiple wrought iron chairs throughout the store. No offer was made to hold them in front or to go and ask. She didn't know her product well because the large end caps had at least 10-15 of these same chairs centrally located in the front of the store, I just had not gone that way yet. At the registers I realized that one of the 2 bath rugs I picked up was the wrong size. I asked the cashier if someone could please bring one up to the registers, rather than me going to (B.F.E.) retrieve it... The female mgr was called on the walkie and replied as if she was being bothered, very unfriendly and short to the cashier. She just responded with "they are in the back corner of the store"...no shit Sherlock I said that but asked for help. She just repeated the same thing along with "if she wants one they are in the back wall on the left". Wow, as a former retail manager I was shocked to hear her response out loud with no hesitation. I regret spending about $300 on this visit as I also couldn't get any help with large items or get any questions addressed. If I had not spent so much time carefully selecting new art work I would have walked right out for such a poor example of service. No apologies, no asking if I could be patient and wait just a refusal to do anything. Unfortunately I had to return to the store because one of the set of curtains only had one, rather than a pair. I decided although reluctantly to pick up a few candlesa and items for my upcoming wedding. It had been 5 or 6 days since my first visit so I mentioned to the cashier I didn't get an email or coupon, does it take longer? She said no just 2-3 days sorry you didn't get it. Okay so now this purchase was over $175 and no offer to give me the coupon anyway...or to sign me up again. I look at this place as a decor warehouse, with prices that are NOT competitive on anything whatsoever. The only benefit is a lot under one roof. From now on I'll pass and drive a couple places where my time and money are a little more appreciated. Their corporate office will be hearing about my experiences, along with so many items not having any price labeled. Since Yelp questions ask about their parking, you can only park to one side of their parking lot also. So definitely be prepared to walk...through a VERY bumpy pavement which makes no sense pushing a cart full of fragile items. It was all just a nightmare honestly. read more
