It is now 6 months later after getting it, I had to return that. He says that it needed more memory because he's the expert I followed his advise and paid additional money. Then upon calling him to get an update, he states that it might be a hard drive issue. I didn't get the laptop back same day as promised. Then he explains that it's a driver issue the updates from HP are not compatible with the laptop. He was unable to tell me year and model of the laptop. However, he says he has a fix for it. I pick up the laptop and the graphics are horrible and look very outdated. This has been most inconvenient as I work from home. I have essentially lost 2+ work days and have an outdated computer. Like so many others Walmart and Amazon will get my business. They are not busy at all in the store. They will not be missed.

Unfortunately an opportunity was missed to make this a perfect experience because he should have known to advise us to get an HDMI cable based on all of the information I offered about her old box TV, our type of service, and my lack of tech skills. I was able to connect the TV to Wifi but she only wants what she knows and that's regular U-Verse viewing with her familiar universal remote. In his defense, 2 hours on the phone with ATT didn't solve the problem and a tech was scheduled. Two minutes on google AI advised me to get an HDMI cable and explained the reasons. So I can't resist joking that that's a $6 sale they will never get back. Off to Walmart.

I actually had an appointment and it still took them an hour and a half. What I have a bigger issue with is the fact that they asked for my passcode to fix my screen and then held my phone in the back for so long. I've been very uncomfortable with this and have not spoken to a manager about it because I wasn't sure if it was protocol until my husband took in his phone recently and they didn't ask for his passcode. If I don't get a response to this review I will be calling and speaking to the manager or owner about this.

They ordered the parts and had my dual subwoofer back up and running. However, I live 5 hours away and they said I had 30 days to pick up since the item was still under warranty. That worked out perfectly for me because I was going through Atlanta to fly out of country and upon returning was able to grab my sub and bring it back home. I was so excited to hear my sub bang out the bottom end that I knew it was capable of. I would definitely recommend them for any hifi/ professional equipment repairs
