Charged us for 3 hours when he was only here for maybe 50 minutes. Then to top it off, the faucet is so TIGHT, I would need a pair of pliers to turn it. My husband finally tried turning it on and NO Water comes out. It is broken. This is ridiculous. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I gave him the $80,000 deposit, and he left the country for his retirement home overseas, leaving my job in the hands of novices. It took months for demolition to begin. After the interrior was demolished, it sat there in ruins for months. They said they needed more money to continue, that the money I'd given them was already spent on future supplies. I called and emailed him and it took months for him to respond. The supplies his crews used were of the cheapest, lowest quality and craftsmanship was terrible! The job went 1 year over time and $60,000 over budget, because everything needed to be re-done again and again. I paid him in full just to get rid of him and not have to deal with him anymore. He refuses to honor the warrantee he promised and I am still left with a leaky roof, electrical work that needs to be redone, a fireplace that isn't code or functional, cracks in the drywall, moving a weight bearing post, and caulking/tile work that is cracked and needs to be redone. Mark Valdez is a great salesman but his promises are empty. He has no integrity or professionalism whatsoever. In my opinion, he is a thief and I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.
