When I emphasized we have a maintenance contract and the needed sense of urgency due to very noticeable gas smell in the house, she said " I am sorry, this is what my supervisor said". I contacted a competitor and they were here within a hour and fixed the leak. We have a maintenance plan with Airco and I am evaluating the future of that contract.
