They will work with your seat until you are satisfied no matter how many times it takes to get it how you want it. On the first bike, I had them scoop out the seat to give me a little bit of a back rest (as there is no after market back rests available for that model). On the second bike, I had them narrow the front part of the seat so I could reach the ground better. In both cases, after the work was done, the seat was put back together in such a way that a casual observer would never know work was done on it. In addition to adjusting factory installed seats, they can insert gel in the seat to give greater comfort, but I do not have personal experience with that service. They also do sheep skin seat covers and a variety of other custom seat work. They are true artists. The shop has all kinds of leather apparel, leather motorcycle luggage, leather gloves and much more. I would highly recommend these fine folks. In this day and age where Customer Service is almost an extinct animal, they treat their customers right!

The sales manager wouldn't meet us in the middle, and even a final attempt to close the deal over $50 bucks  was denied.   My stepson will probably still purchased the bike, but the and lack of customer-focused service definitely took away from what should have been an exciting experience.
