So difficult to work with I've been in the auto industry for most of my life and myself and several other shops I deal with will agree. Back when I had a good ol POS car, I frequented this place. You tell them the year, make, and model and what you need- they will have it ready if you call ahead, or you can go picking around. They usually have the same styles with each other. It's a good place for DIYers and for cheap parts. If you are dropping off a junk vehicle don't do it on a Saturday. I called and talked with a lady in charge of this process during the week about what they paid out , which was the highest by far of all the salvage yards in the area and out of state, and she said they are also open on Saturdays too. Good to know. I planned to bring our junk vehicle down on Saturday from out of state and turn it in and get paid so when I got there I was told by a worker the people in charge of this don't work on the weekends. I told the worker that the lady never told me on the phone she is not in on the weekends. I want to tell the lady that she has very poor communication skills in withholding this info due to the fact that I wasted my time and gas in this process by driving an hour each way. I was told that she said that I could drop the vehicle for her to inspect when she returned the beginning of the week. Very disgusted and extremely disappointed. Word will get around.
