I have had mixed experience with the staff. Half of the time staff is very helpful and patient, will look out for anything you want. Other times very poor service and attitude. They had messed up my keep items and put them back while offering to help me keep them aside. What was worse, one time my friends and I shared a fitting room without being informed that it's not allowed. The staff later demanded us to show them everything in our bags for suspected "stolen items" cus they felt like it. Very rude, it feels like we were being accused of stealing. read more

I took my son to buy a gift for his girlfriend, but he didn't ask for it to be wrapped. So I went back to the counter where two young ladies at the counter and interrupted them as they were both busy drawing something (not working). I asked for a gift box, one of the young ladies said they didn't have any. Then I asked for tissue paper for bag and again said she didn't think they had any. Then they both resumed with their drawing. I was in a rush so didn't ask for a manager. I simply find it hard to believe that they didn't have anything to help with a gift, as I've never encountered this at a boutique. read more

I've never checked reviews for Brandy until my 3rd or 4th time going, however after checking, I don't think their service was anything bad! The workers I have met have always helped me out to a fitting room, etc. It's reasonable for them to check how many clothes you have before going into a dressing room (it's def the norm in a lot of clothing stores!!) I also didn't mind if they didn't say hello or anything because i just like to look around at my own pace ‍ selection changes every week!! their prices are pretty mid but they are pretty good quality basics! read more

2 stars only because I love their clothes. However I'm convinced the workers here have never been taught customer service and as a retail worker it is so strange to me. When you walk in no one welcomes you, they don't even acknowledge your presence besides staring at you. This store is TINY! And the dressing rooms are very dirty and dusty, don't look up because you will literally see the dust bunnies flying down. People were running into each other and having to squeeze by. You have three choices of color, oatmeal, white, and navy. Also, this store/ company seems to have an identity crisis, are they LA rocker or East Coast seaside? Can't figure it out....the girls working do not provide good customer service, and there are no deals, no sales, no put in your email address for rewards, nothing. My daughter chose to go here to spend the gift card she received and it was not worth the trip into the city. I was really scared to go here because of the ratings on here but i actually had a great trip! When i walked in i was greeted with a smile from a worker. Since it was a friday, it was pretty crowded and the store is already small, so just be alert of which day you decide to come in. The selection of clothes is very good. Theres no clothes on the floor like some reviews said. The clothes feel really soft and high quality, everything is 100% cotton by the way :) it is on the pricey side, i paid $150 for 6 items. Won't be shopping here again. Unbelievable that there is just one size. So discriminatory. Daughter received a Christmas gift and they won't exchange wo a receipt, even a gift. They don't give refunds period. Only exchange. And we bought some pj shorts and tried to return but they wouldn't even exchange them, claiming they are underwear. Tags were still on. Also return policy is 14 days. Shortest I've ever seen. These are the worst policies I've ever encountered. Won't be giving them our business. read more

Terrible store policy for online purchases. This is the only clothing store that charges for shipping on purchases over $100 and will not accept returns in store for a refund. You must pay to ship back for a refund, or exchange items in the store. I ordered 3 sweatpants (one size John Galt label) for my 5'6" daughter and they were 6-8 inches too long, and bunched badly at the ankle. I noticed another customer brought in the same type of sweatpants with the same issue and got stuck with a store credit too. I will not purchase items from this store again, and explained to my daughter that it is not customer friendly. I am hoping my daughter decides to take her future business elsewhere as well. Yesterday i went in town with my friends to do a little shopping and we decided to go into brady. i've always seen the jokes about this place online saying they are known for having rude workers but i assumed it it was just an ongoing joke or exaggeration but i think i was wrong. As soon as we walked in yesterday you could feel the bad vibes. The workers shot us with dirty looks the whole time even when my friend tried to smile all one of them. No one helped us to a dressing room and all the rooms were opened so we helped ourselves to try things on. One of my friends not trying clothes on over heard the workers talking bad about us and rolling tnete eyes as we walked in and out and tried on different things. When we were done my friend went to go put up the clothes that didn't work out and a worker stopped her and offered to take them for her, my friend said it's okay i can put them up and the worker grabbed them from her and gave her attitude saying this is my job. Then proceeded to get mad saying that we just kept walking in and out and that every time we walked in with new stuff she had to count it, this was never brought to our attention since no one helped us with fitting rooms and if it had we would have listened.Reading other reviews it's clear this isn't a one time situation. Id honestly stick to shopping online no need to drive and have a bad experience like this. I really hope this place gets better customer service. read more

Twice now at brandy they charged me wrong or mistakenly put an item in my bag and charged me for it. I went back to return the top because I never bought it and they apologized and issued me a "refund" it's been over a week and never received that refund and I spent time to bring back what they MISTAKENLY put in. it was not even my fault and they still took my money and never processed the refund. I don't usually write reviews, but listen when you read the reviews, the workers are insanely rude. The store itself is fine, it's very neat & comfy, but don't expect amazing customer service. I picked out my clothes just fine and tried them on myself since no one helped me get a fitting room, when I went up to check my clothes out the two workers were giggling the whole time at my clothes. On top of that, almost every time I go here the workers are insanely judgmental, just shooting you looks without saying anything. I have no problem with the organization. The customer service was terrible. When I first walked into the store I immediately felt judged by the workers for being there. All skinny blonde white girls. I am not trying to make this a racial issue but there was definitely a sense of inferiority. I was shopping with my friend, her mom, and her little nephew. My friend and I had Christian faith-biased sticky notes we were placing around stores we were shopping at. A couple of minutes into us being at the store we had placed about 5-6 notes and the workers started laughing at my friend and I saying things such as, "eww what are they doing?", "Ohhh they're talking about God!!" "Of course we are going to take them down!" huddled up in a corner laughing to themselves they started to remove them. I honestly don't have a problem with people taking those notes down, I had a problem with making fun of someone because of their beliefs. We immediately left and decided not to buy the clothes we had picked out. Once we left one of the girls working there walked out of the store to "make sure we didn't accidentally take anything". Obviously old enough to work at the store but not mature enough to know how to treat customers appropriately no matter the disagreement. None offered any assistance. None greeted us when we entered the store. I was there for my daughter and is the only reason I purchased items. They don't have basic decency, and legit they're all racist white girls with no manners and bad customer service. I legit see them ignore me and other people who weren't skinny white girls when they walk in, but as soon as a white girl walks in, they smile and say welcome. It's disrespectful! Also, those white girls aren't good at being subtle. I can legit feel them watching my every move and looking at me like I'm going to steal something in the store. When going into BM I was instantly given bad service the workers mugged me, they looked at me funny and they didn't greet me. Even while shopping they gave me dirty looks, I don't know why. They were unavailable, offering no help to shopping customers... but made time to bark orders and those attempting to use the dressing rooms. The store itself is SEVERELY congested and disorganized... way too much merchandise crammed into such a small space makes for an extremely uncomfortable shopping experience.
