After 2 attempts to make the repair they charged my insurance company for, they still failed. 1st try they painted the bumper and fender the wrong color, and made zero attempts to make any adjustments to the hood or fender because there was a very noticible gap between the two, and the headlight was recessed about an inch and a half. The manager Duane informed me that he had seen that the color was off but "that's what I pay these guys for" 2nd attempt they got the paint close enough and made adjustments but the headlight is still recessed. Manager Duane was adamant that I agree with him that "it's better than it was". It wasn't so I didn't, and instead of giving them the opportunity to right their wrong a 3rd time, my insurance company is sending me to a different auto body shop. A month has been wasted, will never ever recommend this establishment, terrible customer service.

From the second I walked into Keenan I realized that every interaction that the staff has with…read moretheir clients is conducted in a way that guarantees that the client walks away not only satisfied, but feeling special. Seriously. I got in a car accident on a Tuesday night and my insurance company set up a 9:30 appointment at Keenan for Wednesday to assess the damage to my car. I got to Keenan early, and the receptionist, Sue, told me that it was absolutely no problem at all and that they'd check out my car immediately. Todd came out, took a million pictures of my car, disappeared for a minute, and then came back with an estimate to repair the damages. Everything looked good to me, so I went back to Sue to set up a time to drop my car off for repairs. She worked extensively with the folks at Enterprise to get me a rental car in the most convenient way possible for me. I mean, this woman was fighting for them to pick me up at my house at 7:30am so that I could get to work on time, and I didn't even tell her that I had to be at work on time! She was a bulldog fighting for me when I didn't even ask! She also allowed me to drop my car off on a Sunday night when no one was there, and then Todd faxed me the paperwork that you'd typically fill out when you drop your car off to fill out on Monday morning. They made everything extremely convenient and worked around my every desire. Throughout the repair process I got text message updates and phone calls from Todd. He would update me with things like, "your car is finished getting painted and is now moving on to reconstruction." One of the texts I got was something like, "Your Volkswagen is happy to be here! We're taking good care of it until it comes home." It was nice to know where my car was, what was being done to it, and the estimated date of completion. Keenan made everything seriously so easy for me. This was the first car accident I've ever been in, and, dare I say it? - it was actually not a headache at all!! The 5-day repair estimate actually ended up only taking three days, and I couldn't be more pleased. My car came back to me in better condition than it was before the accident, and was detailed and everything. I think they even polished my tires! I've been nagging my husband to get my car detailed, and he's a procrastinator so he hasn't done it. Of course getting in a car accident isn't ideal, but the folks at Keenan deserve an A++++++ for service with a smile :-) -End cheesiest Yelp review I've ever written.-

My wife got rear ended in a accident Sent car to Keenan Auto Body, they fixed car but rear defroster is now broken, she has been getting the run around for a couple months now.... Bottom line is the probably either missed it in their estimate or their SPECIAL glass guy broke it when they had to remove rear window to fix damage The proper way to do business is to fix it Whether you broke it or missed it, it still has to be fixed Stay away from this repair shop if you want the job done right......

They did a fabulous job and I was extremely pleased. The team at Edward J Henry was friendly, responsive and very efficient. My car was washed and cleaned inside when I went to pick it up and it looks great. I will be sending my friends to E.J. Henry when they need to have car repairs. Within an hour, she sent me an estimate of the cost to repair what turned out to be the side of the car. When I didn't understand why certain components were required, she patiently explained the why behind each figure. As I was leaving town the very next day, I begged for the shop to take the car and repair it while I was away. PLEASE!! They promised to do their best --and they did! When I returned 10 days later, my car looked like new! The shop even rewashed it just before I arrived because pollen had collected on it overnight. Now, that's service! If you make a stupid mistake, I suggest you correct it by having this shop fix your error!!
