So they had to redo the whole repair from scratch. The revised quote was reasonable given the hours they had already put into the job. After waiting in the shop for 6 hours, I had to take a Lyft home because the repair was more involved than anticipated. I picked up the car the next morning. They held firm on the quoted price even though it was a money loser. Hayden and the mechanics were honest and communicative the whole way through, showing me what the issues were and why it was taking so long. The waiting area is comfortable and clean.
