I have been using them for more than 2 years now. They are always on time. And I have them come every month. They do the inside and the outside and honestly I haven't seen any kind of bugs. Terrible customer service, very rude girl who answers the phone. This company apparently is contracted with our community association to spray here, unbeknownst to us. Technician left a note on our door with a phone number to call for questions. Yet when I called to get information the girl told me she didn't know anything about spraying at our address, couldn't help and then hung up on me. Perhaps a more appropriate response would have been to offer to look into it and get back to me? Instead I was told that since they were technically closed at the time I called she felt she should not even have picked the phone up! Really? Then next time don't.. wait until your office is open when you might perhaps be a bit more inclined to be polite and helpful instead of nasty, rude and unhelpful. Whether your company is working a contract in a community or directly with a homeowner you should always make an effort to treat everyone that contacts your office, especially when they are using the note and contact information your technician left to use, with courtesy and at the very least an offer to try and help. We use Branham's for our termite service. So, when we discovered we had mice, they were the first we called. Since we aren't around in the summer months, we left instructions for the tech. Scott came out and didn't even service. We were pretty upset with them. Office staff was fabulous so they rescheduled with Clint. However, Clint came out the next day. We were so pleased with him and his knowledge that we are giving them 4 stars instead of 1. He really knew what he was doing. read more

I am so disappointed and upset after hiring Branhams Exterminating Pest Control. Unfortunately, bees invaded my home attic and they did not move on as hoped, so had to seek treatment Upon charging 275,00 for a treatment, the bees are still there and called Branhams to followup... They don't stand behind their service after a $275.00 visit cost. They want another chunk of money to come in again! My response, is why would I hire you again, when you did not successfully treat the first time and stand behind your service! read more

We have been using Branham's for two years and they have solved our "cricket problem" scorpions love crickets, so it is imperative to eliminate the crickets. Michael Bishop is the tech and is polite, knowledgable, very prompt and always makes sure gates are latched so the dogs don't escape. Do not trust or use. I had been using them for years and moved to a new home and hired them to spray for the spring season. Weeks after they sprayed I was working in my yard and found hundreds of cockroaches on my walls. I took pictures and called them about the issue. All they did was say its my fault for not being more on top on the issue. And I should have had them come out every month and its my fault for not thinking in of it sooner. The amount of cockroaches on my walls out side is crazy and shouldn't have been after a spray just 4 weeks before. I would have had no problem paying them to come back a spary again. But after how I was treated on the phone and being blamed that its my fualt the orgnial sprayer didn't know there was an issue is ridiculous. Just a feeling of being treated horrible. read more
