Finally, another rescue service that couldn't help us at the time, suggested we try Joe at Lone Wolf. I called and he re-arranged his overloaded schedule to make us his first stop in the morning. He gently corralled the ducklings, but had no luck with the mama, she wanted nothing to do with it and eventually flew away. Joe takes the rescued orphans where he and his family expertly raise them until their old enough to release back in the wild. He was very patient and carefully explained what he does and is a great guy to boot. His fees are more than reasonable. He deals with all kinds of wildlife and/or pests, so if you have a problem, he should be the first and last call you need to make.

Wow! These Bugeyes are over the top! We had recently…read moreswitched to using them for our routine maintenance service and even after their 1st visit we noticed such an improvement over our previous pest control svc provider! Not only in the little things, like going around and knocking down cobwebs, checking in trees and hidden areas for signs of pest nests or presence, and taking specific care to note where my dogs were located during the spray of the inside and outside! BUT they must be using a much better spray recipe too because we sure noticed a significant increase in the quantity and variation of the different critters that were "caught" by even just the 1st spray treatment! We never saw that amount previously. MOST IMPORTANTLY, they even immediately noticed that we may have a roof rat problem! I hadn't even noticed anything at this point and I spend a lot of time out in my yard! The Guys were so knowledgeable. They explained several things to us and told us what to watch for... This hands-on-approach is not something we were used to receiving. Sometime later....Sure enough! We did have a roof rat problem!! The Bugeyes came back out, in between our scheduled services, and set up a plan of action to make them go away! I spend a ton of time in my garden with my hands in the dirt, I couldn't have that kind of a fright lurking around; my neighbors wouldn't be able to handle the constant girly frightful screams! So after the multiple different tools/methods were set and ready to start working.....we waited...and believe me....all I did was watch...from safely indoors, of course! Just 2 or 3 days later, the Mouse-Removing Man-of-the-House happened to be out of town when the first (surprisingly HUGE) guy was "caught"! I called Ryan at Bugeyes to tell him about the success! He actually even came by my house to remove the "catch" for me since my man was out of town. That is a crazy level of service!! In 3 weeks time the significant issue we had was resolved. For several years after moving here I tried everything (all the DIY techniques to no avail) but we still had to put on ceadercide repellent, etc. everyday to avoid getting bit. That is a pain in the butt and always on mind if need to put on more after a few hours for prime time in early evening, etc. Ever since Skyler started treating our home I nor anyone in my family no longer get bit and before we were getting bit constantly. It's like these biters no long exist in and around our entire property, front and back. We never ever have to put any type of repellent on and do not have to bother with all the gimmicks. I wish I found Bills Pest Termite Control and Skyler several years ago when first moved here. One thing about that is though, I now have proof to compare just how effective their treatment is. Total game changer, and there has been no harm to all the wildlife that visit our yard everyday. I have used other pest control for mosquitoes, etc. in another state lived in before and helped a little but would still have to put on repellent.
