Brant Rock Market is a go-to after a day at the beach. Their subs are freshly made and delicious. My husband always gets the fried chicken, which they are known for, and I usually get a chicken cutlet sub. The potato's in the warmer can't be skipped either! They have a few pastries and cookies that are home made that have always been delicious also. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and work very hard to keep a good flow at the busy market. In addition to the sandwich counters they are a fairly size able market and have all sorts of other foods and items for purchase. Parking can be a little tough at times, but only because they are so popular and on a busier street (during the summer months). read more

High prices for a place that carries old food and lacks variety.. The garlic is always sprouted, the produce has often gone soft... shelf items are routinely expired... I would love if they skimmed the isles more often to get rid of the expired goods. The deli needs fresher bread. Overall, not worth the worth gouge. The three stars are for the fact that it does the bare minimum. You can go there and buy stuff without cockroaches running across your feet, and all of the staff is polite. Whoever owns this needs to step it up, though. read more

Some of the best take out sandwiches in Brant Rock. I had them make me a steak bomb in a wrap but with chicken instead of beef and I have to say it was one of the most delicious sandwiches I have ever eaten. $10 and I could only eat half!! Lots of help behind the counter aides to their efficiency in all of it. The market has been around it seems like forever and always well stocked with most anything you need. I thought this was happening last year that Brant Rock Market was making subs with day old bread and true to form , I got fresh turkey subs with stale bread . This little market was a true surprise. I didn't expect a full bakery, nice little deli and all the stuff you'd expect in a full on grocery store. Pleasantly surprised and I'll definitely be back. Awesome local and family run store! Within walking distance from most of the beaches in the area. I've had an italian sub and a ham and cheese and the quality of the cold cuts are far better than other sub shops in town. Their subs are perfect for the beach. The fried chicken and potato wedges are great. Friendly staff, clean store. They have pretty much everything you need and have an awesome meat department. This is one of those places that the locals love because they grew up with it. But in reality......it's kinda gross. Like most things in Marshfield it's old, dirty, and decrepit. This place really needs to be torn down and rebuilt, cuz it's far to gone for a bucket of soap and water to fix. I only stop in there if I need something that can't wait. But I would never eat food from the deli. The way I see it is if they show me all this dirt and grossness out on the floor, then just imagine what's behind the counter that I can't see. BRM is ok for what it is. A small place that carries essentials like beverages, chips, pasta, cleaning supplies, trash bags, gum & candy, etc. As mentioned, they have a bakery and deli. As a kid, my mom and I would come here and get the fried chicken with the potato wedges. Thankfully as an adult, I've changed my eating habits for the better so don't get that stuff anymore but when I did it was great. The store is inhabited by locals and also tourists and vacation people. It isn't the cleanest store and has a weird odor when you walk in the door. I stopped in for a bottle of water and was anxious to get back outside because of the gross smell. I like to park on the side of the building as it tends to be easier to pull in and out of than the front. read more

Crispy crunchy on the outside, soft and tender on the inside. The meat is quality in looks and flavor and it is cooked correctly. Great local market and worth stopping into if you are just visiting. The deli and bakery sections are awesome- pick up some rolls! The deli meat is always superior to the supermarket. The rest of the store is stocked with basic foods that are priced a little higher than a large supermarket. I only get the produce if I'm out and not wanting to drive to the store.
