I called for a service call in the morning when my septic light came on. I was given a two hour window that they would arrive that same day in the afternoon. I was impressed that they arrived within that short window. The two people that arrived were very polite. They quickly diagnosed a faulty electrical module. I can't say enough good things about David Brantley & Sons. We had a problem with our septic field and Chad came out to take a look. He came to our house just one day after my initial call, and was friendly, courteous, and professional. He quickly found the problem and explained all the options to me and my wife, suggesting that we start with the least expensive! (It is refreshing to find a service company willing to give good advice instead of just recommending the most expensive option.) They came recommended, but they showed 6 hours past their appointment time. Then they were here for 30, did not open anything, stuck their rod in the ground, told us it would be around $1200 to fix, told us we needed to get a permit, and that they would stake the site. They never staked the sight, and then the sent us a bill for $150.00 for nothing. very frustrated, we have received the report from the county on repairs, and plan to use another company. Broke our irrigation system in multiple places during our repair - didn't bother to tell us about it (and completely ruined our yard in the process, but that part I could probably forgive). Left without telling us any of this. When I asked for a credit to cover part of the irrigation repair, they were extremely rude and basically told me, "too bad". We hired David Brantley & Sons to do a complicated septic system instal and upgrade for us - attaching a very old (1984) LPP system to a new set of LPP lines to expand an existing system, and also do some renovation work on our old system. The old system worked at around 17% efficiency, and they greatly improved it's operation, and completed the install in ~2 days time. Throughout the time Cory was excellent - provided answers to questions promptly via email, and was courteous. He met us at the house several times, and their entire staff was friendly and helpful. If you have a septic system that needs service and/or maintenance, I'd highly recommend you call these guys. read more

Not happy. Almost tanked a house sale on me. Said we had seepage and the lines were plugged. Said needed new system. Called another company. There was no seepage the Lines were inspected and fine. The problem a faulty toilet bowl flap was allowing water to drain into into tank. A $10 fix. My opinion is they were trying to sell a system. There were too many conflicting and obvious differences in the inspections. That would have cost me money and to lose the sale of a house. Go elsewhere read more
