5 stars aren't enough for these guys but what can I say about Houman and his family ran business . Above and beyond service and gets to the point. I unfortunately had my transmission let go on my new ish bike with less then 600 miles of daily riding. This is about the quality work of Brass knuckle Towing so the dealership won't be mentioned but having Houman in my corner when acquiring parts was a blessing. So made the call and he came out to check out my bike. I told him my worries about clutch and other gears and gave me a few options. ultimately giving me the last say which is cool because you get the break down of what may or may not happen on each route. He called ahead to shops and dealers and found my parts and even met me up at the Harley dealer to gather my parts before even picking up my bike. Reaching out before hand to meet up at Harley to get my parts he even placed on hold for us. So most spots have the bike sitting while getting parts. Well not the case here and even Harley had a back order a gasket or two they didn't have he reassured me he had them at his shop to avoid any delays and I seen various gasket types and sizes at his shop. Guy knows whats up. he then arranged to pick up and then later dropped off my bike after the repair of the transmission. during so also cool so your not feeling left in the dark, he gave me videos and updates while it was out at his shop for repair. All in all for a crappy situation I feel I came out so much better. My pockets stayed happy and now I know what mileage my ride actually has. I gained some real knowledge and a number to call when I'm in need of a tow or even a repair. just in time for the summer action I've now put barley about 500 ish miles on the the transmission and will head in for a quick change of fluids and off again. Feels like butter and can't wait to really get on this new unit. Thinking of a cam maybe in the future but this shop does it all. Stage 2 , stage 3 maintenance or repairs.
