This is a long overdue review. I was buying a used Cruise America RV late last year. As a…read morefirst-time RV buyer, I did not know what to expect, so I contacted Jay (the only NRVIA-licensed RV Inspector in the Bay Area). Jay gave me a reasonable quote and walked me through the process. Fast forward to the delivery date. Jay showed up well-prepared with a very neat list of items to go over. He carefully inspected every item of the list and patiently explained what he was doing along the way. He was able to identify a couple dozen major or minor issues, such as radiator leak, generator failure, etc. He wrote up a 65 pages long inspection report that detailed lots of insights about the RV. I was able to use the list that he gathered to have Cruise America fixing it. Without Jay, I would have driven home a broken RV without knowing it. Kudos to Jay! Job very well done!

Ummmm....first off I never asked you for any fkn hand out and ummmm yeah...when you take your car to get fix ...ummm you pay...like I was some kind of bum. So I get my truck back and I fill the gas tank and drive to Yucca. I keep smelling gas and it was strong. I had 2 friends with me. We're on our way back to 29 Palm and I look at the gas tank almost empty and still a horrible gas smell...right in front of the court house my truck caught fire.....yeah they forgot to reattach the feul line. We had to jump the hell out. So here they tow me home. Then David says let me take your truck to the garage to check it out....stupid me thinking they were going to correct there wrong and that was my only transportation at the time....a big fat....NOPE!
