We just purchased a brand new RV from Camping World and 2 weeks later our bathroom toilet was not working. We contacted Camping World and their Service Department was not able to see us until the end of February. However, they did give us the phone number for Keystone the manufacturer of our rig. Keystone sent us a link for mobile technicians and immediately Chris from Top RV sent us a text he would be at our campsite by 7:10 p.m. that same day. My 7 year old Granddaughter said it best, she goes "Nana, I like his eyes, they sparkle" I knew what she meant. We had a blown hydraulic hose, and he drove to multiple stores to try to find the correct hose. Although he was unable to find the correct hose because it is a special item and it was the weekend, he was able to do a manual override so that he could get the jacks back up. This allowed us to drive home safely instead of having to be towed (175 miles).

Then they sold him another one for $60,000. On a 20 year contract, 9.9% interest compounded daily! He was 95, his wife just died. In my opinion they took severe advantage of him. Then the owner lied to me about buying the first one back when it was actually put on consignment. AND said that type of financing was normal and common. Get real.
