These guys are grea, had an issue with noise from front end as they assessed the underside they found a bolt that was very loose and tightened it along with other bolt's and that seemed to have been the problem. Thank you. read more

I will only go this place for alignments. Owner was ready to go the moment I arrived at the scheduled appt time and was done in 15 minutes. He told me that my vehicle was actually almost perfect in alignment and only needed a very slight adjustment and it truly wasn't even needed. And he did not charge me a penny. I tried to get him to accept payment but he said he couldn't in good conscience charge me when it was so close. How about that? I don't think that would happen anywhere else in town and anywhere else in town it would not have started on time nor had been completed that quick. read more

He acted like I was bothering him.He finally responded and grumbled it would be at least an hour. First impressions are everything and he did not give a good one! I just walked away. Our RAV needed new struts and shocks badly. I was able to order them online and have Ole's install them and save a ton of money as their labor for the job was less than half of three other estimates and included the alignment that was extra at the other places. In and out quick and they found some other suspension issues that they fixed for a great price as well (again let me get my own parts as local parts place was 4x the price online). after getting a wheel alignment and being extremely happy with prompt service and very reasonable price I was happy to suggest that my wife take her car in to have the brakes checked before taking a long trip back east. We went for breakfast at c&s and 45 minutes later they called to say that the pads were 80% good and the noise we had been hearing was dust [we live on a dirt road] they blew out the dust and offered to rotate the tires all at no charge. After a terrible experience at a chain store ($1000 quote) I brought my car with a stuck brake and a trashed rotor, I brought it to Ole's. Instead of just replacing every part (which is what the chain suggested as a cash grab), he actually found the part that was broken, why it had failed and repaired it. He replaced the brake pads, turned the rotor and repaired the part that had caused the brake to fail all for $163. A mechanic that does actual problem solving to save the customer money and treats people honestly instead of seeing a stranded visitor that can be exploited is a gem and deserves the highest rating. read more
