Avoid Angel! This guy is a nightmare. He had 6 weeks to repair my AC and couldn't be bothered to actually order the part. Then when I asked him to please cancel the warranty claim he had the audacity to tell me he only would if I paid him gas money. I already paid him $150 for a service call. This guy scams. I called Angel at Honest RV to help me with our RV refrigerator repair. What a great choice!! Angel had me explain the problem to him over the phone and text him pictures. After troubleshooting with me on the phone to see if it was an easy fix, we then worked together to further diagnose the problem. As our planned trip with our RV was the day after the needed part would arrive, Angel sent me an Amazon link so that I could order the part myself and made himself available on the phone. (he had a prior commitment and couldn't come put the part in for me). This guy is unreliable. He put me on hold for like 6 days and excuse after an excuse and then finally, he reached out and told me that he was swamped so then, today I asked him what was he busy at all. He said no and he never replied back to me. I don't know how this guy stays in business or giving people to run around. Telling him he's gonna call he's gonna call. 6 days later I ask him if he was swamped with work. Still, he said nope and I asked him. If you can come out and do my AC now that is not busy. I am camping in the middle of the desert and requested a quote from multiple RV Mobile Service Companies and explained I had a leak from behind the toilet in my travel trailer. While all the other service providers responded with their service fee and hourly rate, Angel responded quickly to inquire more about the repair first instead of just sending fees. After a series of texts, he said it was a minor repair I could easily do myself! He then sent me a picture of a small rubber grommet and called me and basically walked me through the repair! I hired Angel to help replace my moms AC on her trailer. He came and put in a supposedly new window AC unit and it did not work. He said he paid $260 for this AC unit which was a lie these units I found cheaper new online. He was unwilling to fix it or offer a refund for the $500 I spent trying to help my mom. Every time I tried contacting him to follow up he avoiding my calls saying he got in an accident, then he was sick. I would never advise anyone to work with this guy. My husband and I have a 2022 Sabra by Forest River and when we got to our RV park we noticed water leaking from the bottom front of the RV and our storage compartments were full of water. We started searching and at 10pm at night on a Saturday and we found out it was the hot water heater lines and water lines leaking and broken off. We were thankful we noticed it somewhat quickly but we had to turn off all the water to get it to stop leaking. Sunday morning we started looking for a mobile RV company and everyone was closed.
