So far I've been to the Brasserie Dunham twice. The first time my friend and I split a 4 sample beer tray and the beer we chose were not my favourite, the second time I tried a singular beer and I found it quite yummy. So I believe it's all in the kind of beer you choose... Which is quite difficult considering the wide selection they have. I don't think they have their own kitchen which is kind of disappointing but on my last visit there was a food truck parked just outside that was serving some awesome sandwiches. The staff are all friendly and helpful when you aren't sure about the kind of beer to order. All in all a nice place to visit.

Draft beers galore there were like 25 to choose from which is crazy. Tried the Svetly Pilsner which…read morewas solid, Cepage Nectar which was sweet and strong, Cumulus Citra and Galaxy which was very interesting, and Pagaille which was insane like drinking liquified tiramisu. Seating is plentiful and service is very friendly. Local beer selections and a non-local Apple Cider are on the menu as are various appetizers and main dishes...all pub-and smoked meat centric. Ordered the Cider, Mac and Cheese, Onion Rings, and Smoked Brisket Sandwich, which came with a generous serving of delicious French Fries. Drinks were delicious, food came out freshly made. The Onion Rings were crispy and well-fried, the Mac and Cheese was an utterly heavenly goo of Macaroni and Gruyère and other Cheeses - totally heavenly! The Brisket Sandwich and Fries were on point as well - great burger bun with generous portions of 24-hr smoked Brisket and Cheese! Fries were not greasy and utterly tasty. A wonderful meal following a long walk through Centerville and Old Town, we were set back CAD 58 for the meal and $20 for the drinks, including the heavy federal and state taxes and generous tips. A place worth visiting each time!

I went twice to that brewery and both visits were great experiences. They had room for groups which…read moreis apparently rare in that region. They offer a good variety of their own beer. Whether you like blonds, IPAs or fruity beers, they have something for you. Personnaly, I prefered their Strawberry white beer and their Mango IPA one. There is not a lot of options on the food menu, but the majority of it is very good. They cook some of the best fried calamaries that I've eaten. Their salmon tartare was a bit spicy and I didn't taste as much salmon as I would have wanted, but it was still good. Their nachos is great and their fish and chips looks really yummy. The only thing I didn't like is their mozzarella cheese to spread on bread. It was a bit tasteless. I would go back anytime when I pass by Coaticook. They offer a visit of their brewery with beer tasting and I wish I could do it someday.

From the dining room, you can also see the brewing room with really clean floors! You can see they take pride in the beer making. The beer selection is good too. A lovely spot to check out while you are in the region and it is right across the Coaticook ice cream factory too, where we had dessert.
