Chelsea was in charge of the tours and presenting pricing etc. to me/us. She did an outstanding job, is very educated on the facility, is a great salesperson, and also appears to be a great friend to everyone who lives there. There was no pressure and she was able to answer any questions. She even came in on a Sunday when that was the only day for my Dad to see the place. My parents are relocating from another state which made this all the more difficult, and Brightwater and Chelsea in particular really helped us out.

I felt as if she were reading from a script that she didn't want to read and that she had made up her mind that we were not the " type " of people whom she would want. My…read morefamily's experience after placing our 90-year old-Black mother there has been frustrating and guilt-centered. We feel bad that we left her there for nearly 4 months. We thought we needed to give the place a chance. Bad decision. The neglect that our mother endured is partly our fault for not removing sooner. We recommend highly that if you place a loved one there who has memory issues (dementia and Alzheimers) think twice about placing them there. And if you do decide to do so, or if a loved one is there already.... check on them regularly. And I do mean regularly. Don't make the mistakes we did.
