Chelsea was in charge of the tours and presenting pricing etc. to me/us. She did an outstanding job, is very educated on the facility, is a great salesperson, and also appears to be a great friend to everyone who lives there. There was no pressure and she was able to answer any questions. She even came in on a Sunday when that was the only day for my Dad to see the place. My parents are relocating from another state which made this all the more difficult, and Brightwater and Chelsea in particular really helped us out.

I felt as if she were reading from a script that she didn't want to read and that she had made up her mind that we were not the " type " of people whom she would want. The staff was very sensitive, understanding and knowledgeable with each question and concern we had. Our hearts were filled with peace the day mom became a resident at Somerford because we knew we had made the right choice for her care. Mom quickly became apart of the community. She enjoys the wonderful new friends and staff that she gets to interact with daily. She is physically and mentally stimulated each day with different activities, singing, games, and special events from the well trained staff.
