Lilybeth's organization of Specialists came in and cared for my father in his dying days, with compassion, expertise, and Grace. Alayna provided the utmost gentile ministration. They would clean my father and then massage these amazing oils into his hands, feet, and body. One night my father took a turn for the worse and I was crying and called Lilybeth for help and she responded with, "I will be right there!" and she was! Each aspect of this organization is tailored to your needs. They all work together: the RN's, Lilybeth, the daily caregiving and the ministers who come to minister to any faith. Their wholistic approach left no gaps. And on they day my father passed, Lilybeth's organization worked together from cleaning and preparing him, to organizing the mortuary. From the moment we called Right at Home, in Yucaipa, California, we were treated with respect and concern. The care manager was able to meet with us right away to address our concerns for our family member's care and always makes herself available to accept our phone calls. We contracted for the service of a caregiver at three days per week and were so pleased, with the company, we increased our contract with Right at Home to have a caregiver six days per week. From the start, we were assigned a caregiver who perfectly matched our needs and our loved one accepted the caregiver immediately. We would highly recommend Right at Home.

I needed someone to be there a few days a week to help with hygiene care, meals, and errand running. All Right at Home staff that have helped cover mom's care have been great but her regular caregiver has built a wonderful relationship with my mom. My mom looks forward to her visits and I can see that her caregiver genuinely cares for my mom as well. All Right at Home staff are extremely responsive when I have questions and I truly value their services. They helped me navigate my mom's long-term care and assisted with my mom's evaluation for her services. I don't know what I would have done without them.

With Arbor, it was night and day difference. They were recommended by a family friend who works for Hospice at Kaiser. They took to time to answer my mom's questions and offer suggestions from day one whether it took 2hrs or 20min. The visiting nurses were always compassionate and understood the stress we were in. My mom felt better about what was going to happen and that was important to us. They helped make my dad's time with us easier.

A wonderful lady named Anya came to my house to talk to me and my sister about everything they do, the next day they were at my mom's house, setting everything up, we have two beautiful nurses that come Tuesday Iris and Thursday Dioceline, theses ladies are our angels on earth. They check her vitals, report to the doctor, if we need anything they take care of it. Alta is open 24/7, if you need someone to come out they are there within minutes. Within one month of care being provided by CCH, she was back up walking and has never been happier. I believe if we did not have CCH she would still be in a wheelchair. Additionally, the caregivers call me once a week with updates on how she's doing and if she has any issues they are watching (I live 2 states away, so I cannot visit regularly). They also host special events each month at the facility. Lastly, they seem to have low turnover, which speaks volumes for management at CCH. I would HIGHLY recommend CCH.
