I hate to write bad reviews but I have to for this Braums. This Braums is filthy. The floor and walls are so disgusting and the seating area looks so unclean and dirty. There were flies everywhere. It was absurd. When I walked into the bathroom, I was hit with this putrid smell, immediately making me turn around and exit. Don't go into the bathroom. The one thing that saves this from a one star review is the ice cream. They have a variety of different good flavors. Their service is just decent. I don't like to write poor reviews, but I can't let this one go. This place is filthy. Like, I will never order a sundae, banana split, malt, shake, or blended anything at this location. The equipment was covered and dripping in mess. The trashes were overflowing next to open containers. There were banana peels and pieces piled on the counter. The toppings were all open and scattered. The workers were nice, but running around like headless chickens. Who manages this location? How are these not healthy code violations? First time experience at Braum's. This review is only for the ice cream. First of all, I don't have a huge sweet toot, but when I want ice cream, I only want gelato or McDonald's soft serve. Braum's vanilla cone was a huge surprise to me. The ice cream was smooth and creamy and the cone was stellar and it was less than $2. How is this possible? It was great for the price. Stephen the night manager was nice as well. I won't be back often, but when I want soft serve, I'm coming here for sure. read more

Braum's has definitely gone downhill over the last few years. The service has always been subpar but I overlooked it because I love their burgers and their market is great to pop into and grab a few quick groceries. Almost didn't stop at this Braums based on the 1.5 star rating. We decided to, as it looked okay from the outside. The entire dining area was a mess, service was slow, and condiments were empty, and our order was wrong. However the worst part was their restrooms. They were by far the worst we have ever been in. There was feces scattered on the floor, seat and wall in the handicap stall. The smell was awful. I mentioned to one employee that their bathrooms were extremely dirty. In the time we were there, nothing was done. Definitely would not recommend. read more

Don't get me wrong. I actually like Braums. However I don't like being treated like dirt by the people that work there. I haven't every had any issues with their other locations but this one is garbage. We stopped because their outdoor sign was advertising a special on hot fudge sundaes. We order and then they try to charge us more than the price. When we asked what was going on we are told they aren't running any specials on them. So I point to the big light up sight outside and say, that's not what the sign says. Their response is, "Oh well that was for last week." I used to love the original Bixby Braum's at 121st and Memorial because I remember them making burgers and fries to order so everything was hot and fresh. So good! But when they moved to 111th and Memorial everything changed. Yuk! Premise hamburgers and barely warm fries! Haven't eaten there in years! No way. Went to this Braum's location and ordered a small single scoop sundae with ONLY caramel, hot fudge and banana. Received a sundae loaded high with whipped cream. No problem, I'll just scrape it off. I get home and not only is it a complete melty mess (I live 1 mile away and it was fully liquid) but it had a cherry and pecans, making it completely inedible for me. It didn't say the things on it on the menu and I was not informed that it had nuts. I get that nuts and whipped cream etc are all popular sundae toppings, but Iv never had this problem before when ordering this. Very disappointed. read more

Braums is a very underrated fast food chain that is good in Burgers, chicken, and Ice cream. Braums is a old fashion fast food chain and also has a small market area which has the best milk and chocolate milk you can get. The workers at Braums are very nice and they keep the place clean. I went here tonight and I order a Quarter pounder jalapeño burger with a chocolate malt. I came with a group of family tonight and once the food got there 2 out of the 8 that were there didn't have there drinks and by the time we were done they just got there drinks. The burger was good but I did have to ask for more pickles because they only put two. The fries is one of the best fast food fries you can get and then the malt which was great but thick it was like blowing up a water tube backwards but once it loosened up it was great. This place is also very cheap you can get a bag of Jr burgers for $5 which is a great deal and the frozen yogurt cones for only a $1.50 is great. All in all on this visit I have had better ones which you will catch will most places. read more

I just went to Brahms they have horrible customer service. They messed up my order. And it took 20 minutes to get my food I understand being busy but I don't understand not being sympathetic or even offering a refund after I told you my order was wrong. What a disappointment. Ordered a cherry cheesecake sundae. They gave me a dry shortcake with sickeningly sweet, flavorless ice cream, and topped it with a glob of canned cherries and whipped topping. I asked if the lava cake sundae had an actual lava cake. Server said yes. I asked if there was lava in the lava cake. She said no. Um...then it isn't a lava cake. During Covid I've been buying a lot of my groceries from Braum's... So today we decided to order hamburgers. The order was taken totally wrong and we were charged over what we should've been charged and given things we didn't order. The whole order was incorrect from toppings on the burger to making one burger into a combo. I didn't catch this until we got home. I called back and ask for the manager and it just so happens The woman who took our order WAS the manager. I wish I could give it a negative number. It's pretty sad when the manager doesn't take your order correctly. While placing the order she kept asking do you want this do you want that? So I made a comment about that and she thought it was so funny...that's my job. No honey ...your job is to try to understand what the customer is ordering and not try to scam them in the process. THEY are the customer. At the bottom of the receipt it says "if you are not satisfied with a Braums product we will refund your money." She was very sarcastic and was not willing to take responsibility that she or her staff made a mistake. Ooh first managerial lesson in serving the public is "the customer is always right!" Absolutely horrible customer service at this Braum's. Went through the drive through and paid for two shakes. Pulled up to the 2nd window to get the order and was left setting at the window for ten minutes with no one bothering to open the window and give an explanation as to the delay. When the next car pulled up behind me a girl opened the window and bluntly told me to pull around and someone would bring out my order. She slut the window quickly and without any further explanation. I pull around front and proceeded to wait another ten minutes before another worker brought out two melted malts in sticky cups. This worker was not thrilled to be working obviously because he did everything short of just throwing the malts inside my truck without any apologies or explanation why it took almost 30 minutes to make two malts. This Braum's seriously needs new management and the employees given a course in customer service! read more
