What a fantastic visit! We were denied food by the McDonald's down the street so came here to find a late night burger. Best choice we could have made. The food was made to order as requested and was hot and fresh. Service with a smile and I could tell that the crew inside was small. They worked efficiently to make our order and get us on our way. I've been going to braums for years..... I'm today's years old when I learned about the braums sauce you have to ask for. The gentleman that took our order offered it so we took and we LOVED it! Our food came out faster than I could get napkins and straws and it was hot and fresh! I order my limeade with little cherry and it was made perfectly. The ladies bathroom was clean as well. Braums is Braums! This store is pretty nice. It is clean and the personel is very friendly. It's spacious I side and they have great groceries. There was one lady whom I assume is the manager, making sure everyone gets waited on and helping checkout in the grocery are then she was cleaning the tables. Took my mom back to visit family in OK. she was born and raised there and couldn't wait to stop by Braum's. Food wasn't bad (typical fast food) but the real winner are their Limeaides! Mom had cherry and I had an original. Both were delicious! MUCH better than Sonic's are in CA. read more

Don't order the food here. There is nothing "fast" about this fast food place. I had to go inside to get my order because the drive through didn't have my French fries ready. Despite what should've been super fresh just made fries... they tasted stale. And the cheese on my daughter's burger looked terrible, and the burger patty was super thin. My Husband and I are keto. We ordered our burgers without buns. I asked the lady behind the counter if they could put our burgers on a lettuce leaf. I was VERY RUDELY told, "No we CANNOT!" (Despite ALL the pictures depicting burgers with lettuce leaves!) I was shocked at how ugly she was. When we got our burgers, I had only one piece of cheese and no mayo. I asked for extra onion and got 4 slices. I had to go ask for Mayo. She was still unhappy. Look, if you hate your job, do something else! The burgers were surprisingly juicy for being well done. Good food. Employees are friendly. The desserts are very good and we love the items in the store. Best & freshest apple juice that I have ever had. It is kept clean. I see some comments that are less than stellar. I think that has to do with the employees mostly. You have to keep in mind that Braum's is fast food & they hire some younger employee's. I really want to like this restaurant, it's so much earlier for me to get to than the other Braum's in town. Honestly the other Braum's is only slightly faster but I believe the additional time driving is more than made up in the time it takes to get thru the drive-thru. This Braum's is so slow, at all times of the day. Whether you go inside or use the drive thru. They take one order and leave the next car at the order board until they fulfill the first order, then take another. Sometimes in evenings it's a bit faster but not much. I just drove thru what you should the busiest time for them, you would think they have more staff but no, same as usually. Ok this is the first time this place has completely screwed my order up. It seem 4 out of five times I have them screwing up my order. If this was an occasional thing this would be a issue, but this isn't. On top of that theyll make you wait at the order station forever, I have literally had people honking behind be as if we're my fault, and I'm just sitting there waiting to heard. Now let's get on to the people who don't care if theyve screwed your order up. Out of the umteenth times they've messed up my order, only once were they willing to be helpful. This last time I got some kid who wanted to pretend I was is in the wrong. I literally downloaded yelp to leave this review. worst braums in the continental United States. there were only 3 cars in the parking lot when i pulled up and I was in line for 15 minutes before I finally got my food. Worst fast food experience ever! The store was 30 degrees inside first of all in late December. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and the chicken was not fully cooked. My wife's sundae was a train wreck she had to tell the girl how to make it. We will not return here again. read more

I generally love Braum's and this one was pretty nice. However PLEASE FREEZE YOUR ICE CREAM! Sometime in the last few years someone decided to soften the freeze on the ice cream. This ruins the experience. Dipped ice cream is supposed to be served hard frozen. This allows the consumer to slowly relish the experience. Now, however, it's so soft you are forced to suck it down at warp speed to avoid it melting all over everything. You totally miss the flavor much less the savor. We might be eating the bland soft serve at Dairy Queen. read more

Let me just start with the fact I was very uncomfortable when I walked in a worker walked up behind me and my friends while we were ordering and started digging in his pants...and then walked back behind the counter and started to make orders. I then opened my gravy and found a hair and my fry was moldy. I then continued to try and enjoy my meal with a NEW gravy (which was hairless btw) and I also got a water cup and the water at the soda fountain was broken and to top it off the ice wasn't working. So all in all this place is very gross at least the night shift workers. The whole place was dirty. Food trash was all over the tables and ground. So I will not be returning. This is the worst Braum's I've ever been too. The drive thru literally takes 10 minutes to get by and the service is completely bad. Once you get to the drive thru window it takes them 2-3 minutes to assist you. In 2-3 minutes you'll be in and out of Chick-Fil-A. Worst fast food restaurant in Ardmore. Also when you're inside , the place doesn't look very clean and sanitary enough to make shakes or give icecream. I bought a strawberry shake and when i tasted it, it seemed as if i was tasting someone hands that were completely dirty. This Braum's really needs to go over how to wash hands and use gloves and be clean. read more

I went through the drive-thru before going to the Ardmore lights display. I had a small burger and fries, and pumpkin ice cream. Yum! I was very impressed with all three. There are so many ice cream flavors, which change often so they aren't on the drivethru menu. Next time, I will go inside to choose. I'm in town for work and a co-worker suggested this place when I said I was craving ice cream. I after work and tried the Bacon Cheeseburger combo. I have got to admit that the food was as good as I'd been told. The fries were cool to the touch so that was a disappointment, but not enough to deter me from eating here again. Stopped in on Braum's on a 35 road trip and remembered how much I like it. Good burger and great ice cream! There are a couple sporadically spread through Dallas and I need to make more of a point of going there when I am getting "fast food". We only ordered an ice cream and a drink so I can't comment on the food. The quality of the ice cream is very good - the service leaves a LOT to be desired. We went in at 8:30 at night and still had to stand in line for 20+ minutes and there were only about 6 people ahead of us. While some of the employees were enthusiastic, others were working at a snail's pace and will a look on their face that said they would rather be anywhere than there. My husband asked if they had anything lactose free as that is the only thing that he could have eaten. The employee replied, "No, except for the sherbert." I asked - "Isn't sherbert made with milk?" She answered, "Yes, probably." This was not a teen answering the question - this was a woman at least in her 50's. Had I not asked that question, my husband may have ordered the sherbert and he would have been really regretting it later. I think this place has potential, but they truly need to have some staff training on service and attitude. We won't be back. read more

Tried the new chicken strip dinner and it was great. It came with chicken strips, dipping sauce (not sure what it is but a huge fan now), fries, a roll, gravy, a drink, and a pudding cup. The pudding cup was a funny touch to the take out, but it was chocolate so not complaining. The chicken strips weren't cooked super crispy, but they were moist and delicious. I think it was a decent amount of food for the price. Only regret is not trying the banana split, but there is always next time. read more
