Service is what you expect at an authentic pho restaurant. It was a tad dirty when we went in but I think the lack of help contributed to slow clean up. You need to look hard because there isn't a sign, but its a great place for a quick bite. As a vegetarian living in the beef belt, I was glad to find the Tofu Pad Thai and a side with edamame. It was a bit on the salty side, but not overly so. Both dishes were brought out within 10 minutes and the service was good overall. There wasn't any Thai drinks sadly. There is a pretty and simple decor, plenty of booth seating with a few tables, clean bathrooms and several methods of payment. The best Asian place I have found thus far. Approaching Pho & More, I was a little apprehensive. The strip mall isn't much to look at, but went ahead and gave it a go. I'm so glad I did! It is very well decorated and clean. You definitely wouldn't expect that from the outside, but don't be misled. It wasn't very busy at the time, but there were a few seated tables. It seemed like people often get take out as opposed to dining in. Our server was friendly and attentive. I went with the intention of getting pho, but ended up ordering the Tom Yum Soup. As the name implies, the have Vietnamese, Thai and Chinese items on the menu. My soup was delicious and had just the right amount of spice. I didn't add meat to it but chicken or shrimp could be added. I only wish it had more mushrooms. It was pretty heavy on the onions, which I was fine with, but be aware in case you aren't as much of a fan. It also came with a side of rice which was nice to balance out the spiciness of the soup. My boss had the Chicken Pad Thai and fresh spring rolls with shrimp. He enjoyed it all as well. We left happy and satisfied. I'd love to come back when I'm in the area again! read more

This is a brand new restaurant (7 days new)....locals are curious about this different cuisine, so it's busy...couple that with a very small staff which equates a long wait time. Expect it if you're coming to check it out. The owner advised he is seeking employees but it's been difficult so far. Ok. Enough about the wait time....on to the food! 5/5 for the food. The pho was excellent and would stand up well to long-standing pho establishments in OKC or Dallas. I see this place only getting better with time. Terrible from start to finish. One server who didn't seem to care that there were dirty tables. I didn't try any Pho as I'm not an aficionado. I tried the Pad See Ew which should have wide egg noodles, this had skinny noodles that were drastically overcooked. The menu description stated there was broccoli - I found two pieces that were very undercooked. The flavor was terrible to boot. I've had a lot of good Thai - this was not it. Was pleasantly surprised! After moving back to NorTex recently from the SoLA area & working in New Orleans East was hungry for pho. Since NOLA east has a lg population of Vietnamese with some of the best Vietnamese cuisine I've had, my expectation wasn't high but wanted to give it a shot. I found the broth to be very rich, maybe a bit sweeter, but still and excellent broth. Would happily recomend to anyone wanting to experience a good pho. read more

Food was excellent! Service was horrible, We've been to their location and ordered take out. The Phone is usually never answered until the 4th time. We were told 20 minutes, after an hour I was able to leave with my order. I hope I'm able to update this later on after they really improve. The food is the best locally and gets 5 stars! read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. The service is horrible, the food is bad. Plan on waiting at least 10 minutes for your drinks, and at least 30 for your food (after you place your order.) And don't expect to get the table's order at the same time. And when you get your food, be prepared for a mediocre to gross representation of Asian food. They think overloading their dishes with spices that turns the entire dish orange makes it real Thai, but all it really does is make it gritty. Even the pho is mediocre. Well. This is the worst Pho place I have ever been to. I have traveled all over the US. I mean... They brought our Fresh spring rolls out with our dinner.. Food: spring rolls...- ? What fresh spring rolls?? Noodles, shrimp, and lettuce DO NOT MAKE A FRESH SPRING ROLL. They even used the wrong noodle.. and served hot! My wife said this about the stir fry: The steamed rice was good but way too much sauce and way overcooked. Stir fry is not supposed to be a soup... Now the Pho I have to say its what made the place shine.. it's too bad it took two strikes before getting to 3the good part. The p3 Tai Gau was tasty. If the Pho was bad I wouldnv'e ust left... I have great history with pho places and hopefully they can make some good changes. For one.. microwave on the egg rolls... I understand there isn't much variety in Ardmore but this place feels fake. I really wonder why this small, friendly establishment isn't located in a large city where it would be sure to make a lot more money. It is a clean and pretty restaurant for its class. The waitress greets you as if you were a long lost family member and helps you navigate through the menu with genuine interest and concern for your satisfaction. Her attitude towards her job would put to shame many other waiters working at much fancier places. I could hear children's laughter from behind the scenes, and a sweet adult voice singing a song to them. It was wonderful and made me feel like I was visiting someone's home. The food was great! I was told the chef was from Cambodia. Whatever country has produced this gem should definitely be proud of him. Every single dish I ordered (and I ordered a lot) was right on, well balanced and complete, all my little quirks accommodated. The service was lightening fast, and I was only too happy to leave a considerably oversized tip. If I were to change anything here (because no place is perfect, right?), I'd suggest not bringing out dishes too fast. Wait for the guest to finish one plate, before bringing out the next, otherwise the latter dish loses its optimal temperature by the time the guest gets to it. Oh, and perhaps work a little on your hot tea making technique. I expect a little bit more than a couple of bags and a kettle of hot, but not boiling water, when ordering jasmine tea at an Asian restaurant. ;) All in all, five stars, and sincere gratitude. read more

The food is not bad but their portions for the price is not worth it. Small pho is small but with a big bowl price tag. They charge you for hoisin, hot oil and Sriracha sauce if you have a to go order. Doesn't make any sense at all. If I eat there it's unlimited but to go orders carry a charge. Something new in Ardmore! Yes please! I come to Ardmore often to visit my family, and hate that there are so little places to eat. I talked my mom into trying Pho and more after getting my nails done next door (great place too!!) we decided on more of the Thai dishes and not disappointed. We ordered some spring rolls, which tasted very fresh and not frozen like most. I ordered green curry and it had great flavor! (I do however like my curry in a separate bowl so the rice doesn't get soggy, so ask if you do too) My mom, whose only spices are garlic and salt, ordered the pad see ew. She said it was ok, I tried it and found it surprisingly delicious, since I usually don't like this dish. I don't know if I can talk my family into joining me again, but I will be back! The service is very slow. So do not go if in a hurry, there was only one waitress and the place was very busy. The food takes awhile as well, but that is usually a good thing! read more

Don't understand the terrible ratings. I've been here a couple times. The owners have been amazingly helpful and the food is outstanding. They do their best job. I looked at the rating on Yelp and was just baffled. People just want to complain. I've been to Vietnamese places in Las Vegas, OKC and Detroit, and this place is more Pan-Asian than anything else. Sure, the menu isn't as varied as a normal Vietnamese place, but for Ardmore, be grateful they're this good. I'm utterly shocked a place like this exists here. Only one complaint; I want my banh mi!
