Braum's has a wonderful breakfast menu. My fave is the big breakfast! Good drinks and food at every meal including good snacks and ice cream and shake treats, etc. They have great service and also a grocery market. This visit - we noted the bar was a bit dirty (condiment and self service drink bar). Not sure if they didn't clean up last night well or just had early morning slobby customers??!? read more

Oh dear! I'm not sure what happened today or what was going on? This is usually a very friendly restaurant with nice employees, but that wasn't our experience this afternoon. We ordered ice cream and ate our food inside the restaurant. Then, before we left, we wanted to order ice cream and pup cups however; we literally could NOT get anybody to take our order????? While standing & waiting for someone to take our order; we counted at least 9 employees. Two were working the drive-thru, there was one cook, two people were inside the walk-in freezer, one was in the Food Market, and three other employees were just standing around. The Manager and another employee finally walked out of the freezer, and tried to walk past us, before I said "Hellloooo". The employee with the Manager finally took our order, but then, messed it up by using vanilla ice cream instead of chocolate ice cream in our daughter's Mix. So, we had to wait some more time while she redid the mix. WOW JUST WOW And, nobody ever apologized for us standing there at the counter and waiting forever to get some help. And, the lady that finally took our order never apologized for messing up our order. Whomever the Manager is, he is not a good example for any of his employees. The really bad part is they weren't even busy. Plus, the restaurant was very messy! We told them two different times that there was a lot of water on the floor by the beverage station; which was definitely a safety hazard. We never saw anybody mop or clean up in that area. I live in California and unfortunately we don't have braums. This is tragic to me because I LOVE this place. I have family who live in Spiro, OK. So when I visit, I make it a point to stop at a braums. We stopped at this location for a burger and ice cream. I have literally no complaints. The employees were very nice, the burgers and fries were tasty and the ice cream is SO GOOD! I love that Braums has their own little store, their own brand of milk, ice cream and other dairy products. I talked to a cashier for 10 minutes about California and how she doesn't regret moving back to Arkansas one bit. She talked to me like she knew me my whole life. The sweetest lady. read more

This place was undergoing some renovations so I am giving them a pass on the indoor appearance. I'm from out west and was just passing through so this was my first experience with Braun's and I was pleasantly surprised. The burgers were great, the ice cream was awesome. The food was ready quickly. In fact my only complaint is that when I went back up to order the ice cream, there were five employees in their late-teens/early twenties that just stood there and stared at me for a minute looking inconvenienced until one of them reluctantly came to take my order. Braum's is the best place to enjoy ice cream and a fast food meal for a decent price. The ice cream is always on point and with so many choices, you can't go wrong. I enjoy the frozen yogurt waffle cone that they have a special on currently for $1. Their menu ranges from breakfast items, to burgers, chicken sandwiches and salads and they have a fresh market as well which I think sets them apart. While I haven't tried the breakfast, salad or chili, I have tried the chicken in the past and didn't care for it, so I stick with the burgers and fries. The crinkle fries are always fresh and good. Now the burgers - I have a love, hate thing with. I really guess it depends on who is cooking them. Some days, they are amazingly perfect with just the right amount of crispiness, while other times, it seems as if the burger could stand to be cooked a little longer and that the bread seems a little stale. Meh, It's ice cream. This Braum's has been here for quite a long time. I remember there was a play area outside when I was a little kid. This location also has a produce section, usually really good veggies. The burgers are okay.. once I had a jalepeno burger.. the bottom bun was soaking up on some grease action. I had family visiting from out of town so we thought we'd give this place a try since one in our group tried it elsewhere and really liked it. Ice cream was fine. Customer service, on the other hand, was horrible. Unpleasant young lady serving us. Our overall Braum's experience at this location was unpleasant between the poor service and the very uncomfortable atmosphere created by other patrons staring us down the entire time. I love braums but I was so mad when I got home and saw that my 4 piece chicken strip meal with fries and honey mustard only had three chicken strips and only one honey mustard. It only lasted me two chicken strips because I usually need three honey mustards for a whole meal. It was just very disappointing. read more

On Thanksgiving day, when some of us foolish people are out shopping, it is hard to find a place to stop and grab some food. This was one of the few places open so I stopped and grabbed some things to take back to the hotel with us. First off, the bacon on my burger tasted awful! Not sure if it was bad or just gross cheap bacon, but I peeled it off and threw it away along with the top bun. I then took another bite and decided the whole thing was just not worth it and threw it all away. My mom had the chili and it had absolutely no flavor. None. No chili taste, no tomato taste, just nothing. So we wound up throwing it all away, drinking a soda, and going to bed early. While I was in there ordering the manager, I believe, was so rude to the employees that I almost walked out on that alone. I wish he would have. He talked to each employee like they were the stupidest people ever and it was his punishment in life to have to deal with them. Seriously man, maybe you should find a desk job where you don't have to deal with anyone. Maybe the ice cream is what brings people here. I want to GrandStay seasoning on zero street in Fort Smith Arkansas I went to the drive-through I pulled over to eat checked my burger to see a big clunky piece of government looking unmelted cheese on my burger pissed me off I took the burger and went inside and showed him the unmelted piece of chocolate cheese that was on my burger which means that the burger itself was not even hot enough to melt the cheese not that it could have melted the cheese because it was such a big chunk of cheese so he took the burger he fixed it when I got back in the car of course I had to check the burger again causing the top of the burger to fall on the floor so I rolled down the window and threw the top of the burger out I took a bite of the burger without the bun and it infuriated me I threw the whole damn thing on the ground and it's just as well I did because it did not have a piece of lettuce on it it had a tomato on it which was not supposed to be on there it was ordered without a tomato and the party itself was nothing more than a Junior burger patty with a tomato and some pickles on it. I mean really over eight dollars for this fucking combo to get a Junior burger some fries and a drink their prices are not competitive they're in the same as anybody else's and I'm sure I could find a better burger for the price I will certainly never order another burger from Braums again and I would not suggest anybody else attempt to order a burger and expect to get a real barber because this is not what I'm used to getting from Braums so they've lowered their quality of food and it looks like the quality of service has gone with it you can go to Ramkota Dam hamburger for yourself but they won't get another penny of my money. For eight dollars I can get a little hamburger or maybe even go to outback and have some fried mushrooms that's what I should've done cause it would've been way better than wasting money and that's what this was it was a waste of my money and ended up with nothing to eat because of their inadequacies read more

Every time I come into range of a Braum's I stop in for a cheeseburger, fries and shake. I love that they use miracle whip (or something like it) on their burgers! It's just delicious! I paid $33 the other day for three people to eat at 5 Guys () from now on I'll stick with Braum's! read more

I just ordered a jalapeno hamburger combo with a Diet Coke through the drive-thru. I got home and there were no jalapenos on the hamburger and they gave me a regular Coke. I had asked the girl who took my order to read it back to me, AND I asked the girl who handed me my order if it was a jalapeno burger, and she said "yes." Well--there was not ONE jalapeno! The workers here are incompetent and the store is plagued by poor management. This was the last straw for me. This used to be a very professionally-run store, but for some reason, two really good managers left and now it is chaos!!! read more
