The Best Service Ever! Both my sweetheart and I have injuries and stopped in at Braums in Terrell for a couple of items in the grocery area. I ended up getting two bags of groceries and was a little worried about getting them to the truck. The cashier was beautiful and so sweet and called over to a young man and asked him to take the groceries to the truck for me. Both of these young folks showed kindness and empathy, not to mention excellent customer service. Waited forever at drive thru to place order but didn't say anything because I figured they were busy. The vehicle in front of me drove off after sitting in line without order being taken. Before driving off with my food I realized my order was wrong, the lady at the window was extremely rude and rolling her eyes when I told her my order was wrong. (They added cheese to a hamburger when I ordered without cheese) not a big deal but I just wanted the cheese taken off. They proceeded to have me pull around to the door. The young girl that brought my order out to the car was texting on her phone and was also very rude and disrespectful. I was polite as could be saying "Thank you" and she too rolled her eyes. It is very unfortunate for the lack of customer service at this location because I've been going here for years. Bryce hooked us up with a bomb sundae! Probably the prettiest sundae I've ever seen. Once we entered, we were instantly greeted ( they were pretty busy). I'm indecisive, so I needed a minute. We pulled up to order in the drive thru and since my 3 year old (the one requesting ice cream) has a dairy allergy, the first question I asked was, "Do you have any dairy free options?" Her response was "Yes, the sherbet is dairy free." So we ordered. Had she said no, we would have gone somewhere else. We got up to the window and she again assured us that it was dairy free, even went so far to say she has a dairy allergy and can eat it. Something didn't feel right and I know I've never seen dairy free sherbet so I pulled up their menu and low and behold, milk was the first ingredient so I asked AGAIN at the 2nd window and finally they confirmed that it did in fact have dairy in it! Piss poor customer experience that could've ended up with some really severe consequences. read more

Recently moved to Terrell and coming from a pretty good Braum's this location has left me feeling disappointed they're always out of cookies and cream ice cream, my order never gets taken correctly constantly having to repeat my order, the drive through staff could be more friendly and could work on shortening their drive through wait times. This place is the bomb-diggety! 3 in our party for lunch earlier today and 3 left happy and content. 3 burgers, 3 fries, 2 cokes, 1 shake, $27. Great, quality food for an excellent price. You can upgrade your drink to a shake at no extra cost. Some of the shakes are made with greek yogurt, not really thing but some of y'all might enjoy that. There's a small, fresh market attached to this restaurant that stocks fresh produce daily, bread, milk, veggies, cheese and much more. Just like a mini grocery store with lots of Braum's own brand. Employees were supper friendly and food was fast. Restaurant, store and restrooms were VERY clean. I would highly recommend Braum's in Terrell, Texas. read more

First time here. Walked in went to counter to order , saw like dozen employees. No one took my order for like 3 minutes. Finally someone noticed me and took my order. Got the waldrof grilled chicken salad. Paid got my ticket went over to there market side and looked around braums ice-cream, yogurts, milk, cheese, it's like little grocery within the store. My ticket number was called that actually was pretty quick . Pick up my food went home and ate it. Pretty good. read more

Whenever we visit a Braum's outside of DFW, I notice how much nicer/newer the building seems to be. This spot in Terrell seems to fit that description: newer building, clean, etc. The staff (and other customers) were all super friendly too. read more

This was one of my kid's favorite places closest to our town and we used to make trips just to enjoy the ice creams and have some friends/family time until last night 4th of July. My family and my brother's family decided to see the spectacular fire works in Terrell and promised the kids (4 kids) we would go for food and some ice cream after the fire works. The lines were not so busy but I could notice disorganization among all workers. Milkshakes spilled all over the counter/side and machines... people not cleaning very well and some just walking up and down. I decided to ignore it because I thought it was just a result of a busy day. I order my food and brother came right after me. The cashier moved away and left him standing for a while while the other line kept going and people that came after him got to order before he did. My order did not take long but my brother's took such a long time we had to share our food with the kids because they were just very hungry. My niece was standing and waiting for their foods and no one would help her. Literally everyone in the place was eating except my brother and his kids. Finally I went to ask for their food and as I walked in the lady handed out a bag that was sitting on the counter. I never mentioned what I needed neither did I mentioned the number. I asked "was this sitting here and no one called us to come pick it up?" She replied "it was not long I just placed it there". I never believed her.... Took the food to the table and as my brother and his kids were eating another person shouted from across several tablets that they were closing and we had to leave now... I got so mad.... I decided to clearly say to them we would finish our food and then leave and so we did.... I forgot to mention a milkshake was missing from my brother's order and his chicken sandwich had bacon in it and he does not eat bacon... I have never been so humiliated in public like that...food in mouth due to the business delay and incompetence to deliver the food in a timely manner and asked by the same people to leave the location because they are closing... unbelievable!!!! At the end of the night the kids did not enjoy a family meal time together and specially what they went for "ice cream". I do not recommend this place and this is most likely the last time I go again until something is done or the management is changed. read more

Terrible service. Dirty restaurant. The counter and floor in front of the shake machines were covered in melted ice cream. No one wiped down anything after they used it. They handed customers shakes that had melted ice cream down side of cup and employees had ice cream all over hands. Messed up our burger bc they took the order wrong and when we took it back the cook just started picking unwanted toppings off rather than making a new burger. I have been taking seniors to the Braums in Terrell for over five years. I have noticed that it has worse with each visit. Our last visit was the last straw. It was so dirty, and flies everywhere. Tables, windows, seats....everything was nasty and staff where just chilling out! I don't plan on returning to this Braums. It's sad because our seniors love Braums, and most Braums are nice and clean. read more

i have worked at braums, not this braums in particular since i was 14 now 20. I work as a manager at the braums here in terrel. I can say if you ever come in the mornings our service is unbelievable. I have so many people be stunned by how fast the service is. The mornings is filled with regulars and people who come on a day basis. I love gettting to know people's orders by heart. I have created many bonds with ransom strangers i see everyday. We really try to meet the needs of everyone and try to achieve the time a goal of getting orders out and making sure it's fresh and hot. It's a great place to stop and get food. read more
