Tried this place for the first time yesterday since the one at the Harbor was shut down. It was delicious. The pomegranate yogurt was amazing. The prices are definitely the most steep I have ever seen for froyo is my only complaint. Most places are 10-40 cents per oz but this place was 75 cents an oz. So a very small yogurt was almost $9. 2016 Yelp 100 Challenge Review #86 I like Sweet Frog and its yogurt flavors are good and unique but I always feel like their price point is way too high. I do like that they allow you sample cups since you often want to try before you buy. It's self-serve and priced based on weight. I like their product but their pricing keeps me at bay. So disappointed! This used to be my favorite stop when I left Dallas for my home in east TX. No more. Was very disappointed to see the dearth of fruits available, and the only nut choice was crushed peanuts. This place is a hit or miss. If it's not a dirty and sticky floor, dirty tables and chairs then it's moody teenage service. The fresh fruit isn't always fresh. Mangoes tasted overripe today. And the plastic spoon actually cut my lips- ouch! The yogurt itself is ok. read more

This place is under new management, so if you gave up on it in the past it's time to come back! Toppings were all fresh and fruit was fresh cut and not canned. Sweet Frog had gotten bad for a while and it's back to its original glory! Teenage crew were polite and cleaning the whole time we were there... yay for no more sticky floors. A typical frozen yogurt place. They didn't have that many flavors which was okay and understandable since it's not that big of a location. They also charge per Oz $.52 which is higher than other frozen yogurt place I've gone to in Allen and McKinney. If I was in Rockwall I will still stop by if we were getting froyo. read more

Lots of stores around the corner to walk through. I went to Sweet frog just about a half hour ago. I purchased a couple yogurts and a cake pop for my 1 year old. Upon taking a bite of the cake pop, we noticed it was all molded. I brought it up front and showed the gal working. she confirmed it was molded and took it from me. I was asked if I wanted to try another one, and I said no thank you. That was all... no apology, no refund, nothing. She didn't even pull the rest of the cake pops from the counter. I'm appalled and disgusted. Such a disappointment. A-typical yogurt joint. The problem was the owner. When I walked in the door he was in the back room and had to be hailed to the front counter. I think this ticked him off as there were three off us and I when I asked for a sample medicine cup he replied " I gave all three to her". Meaning that how dare you get more than one sample cup per person. The idiot that runs this place has no sense of customer service, is very short sighted as he was focused on the samples I might jilt him out of instead of having the intuition or good business sense to allow a few sample cups loose. This owner has a shyster huckster type mentality of running a business. I will be running away from his business and never darken the front door of this shop again. He was not shewed enough to figure out that I would have purchased about $5-6 dollars worth of his yogurt had he not acted the fool! I was not interested in his samples or purchasing the solidified gold coming out his mixers based on his reluctance of allowing a few sample cups go. Had I been some Jaba the hut or some teenage kid I would have understood his reluctance. At my stage of life I'm not interested in squeezing someone out of free samples.
