It had a few pills on it. Nothing major. They said they don't clean items with pills on them. They added they could remove the pills but were too busy. The second time I brought in my bedspread. This store wouldn't honor the coupon for my $75 order. The not-so-helpful and not-too-nice staff member told me that coupons must be presented at the time of drop off. I checked my coupon and told her it doesn't say that on the coupon. She said, 'it says it on the computer.' There is a 3"x3" pastel post-it note handwritten in ball point pen, stuck on the back of their computer. Very unprofessional. I won't be back. Good thing there's plenty of good competition right around the corner.
