I took a polo shirt and a dress shirt to get the sleeves shortened. She told me to pick them up in one week. I showed up in one week to pick them up, and she said, "Oh, they're not done yet." I told her I would come back next week. I came back next week at the opening time of 10 AM, and there was no one there. I called the number on the door, and she said, "Oh, we're about seven minutes out." They finally opened the door at 10:30. She could not find my shirts. Finally, she did find them. The polo was not done, and the dress shirt was done. The sleeves on the dress shirt were three inches too short. It was my first time there and I will never be going back. read more

They may be a good seamstress, but for sure not good with tailoring men's clothing. I brought two suits in for tailoring. What i picked up afterwards was work that a looked like a child had done it, very unprofessional looking. The pants were taken in only at the waist a and nothing at the seat. I looked like a baggy pants showman would wear. Needless to say the suits were ruined read more

You can get equal quality elsewhere for less. She also claims she can't do things that other tailors do for much cheaper. For example, I asked to take the shoulders in on one of my jackets. She wanted to charge me $110 apice. Valentina's in the Arcade downtown did the same thing for $40. She has also refused to work on jackets that are done by others. She has also never been very friendly with me. They are closed on Mondays. They also don't accept credit cards - they will take cash or check though. If it weren't for the convenience, I don't think I'd go back.

They have a new lady there that is one of the most uncouth people I've ever met and does my belong in any kind of with that deals with human interaction and communication. She is very unprofessional and didn't know how to talk to people. Over my last two visits there jabe been yellow stains on my shirts, pants and/or jacket. She has the audacity to accuse me of me putting the stains of the clothes, that they were not done by cleaners and/or there is nothing she can do about it. So I just have to chalk up dinner jacket? Discard my button work shirts? She is very detasteful and has shifted my whole view of this place. Rarely do I write reviews but I'm this case, it was a must. I will not continue to do business with them and do not recommend them at all.
