Despite causing this damage, the only reimbursement they provided was the $15 I paid to have the pants cleaned. Reimbursing the cleaning charge does nothing to compensate me for a brand-new $150 pair of pants that was damaged while in their care. The customer service afterward was equally disappointing. Halle, the manager, did not even bother to call me to discuss what happened or attempt to resolve the situation personally. Their proposed solution was for me to drive back to their location and drop off the damaged pants, even after I specifically explained that I am not from the area. After damaging my property, they expected me to spend additional time and money traveling back to address a problem they caused. I gave this business an opportunity to make this right before posting a review. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--I expected them to take responsibility for the ink damage they caused and provide fair compensation for the item. Instead, I received $15, no call from the manager, and a request that I further inconvenience myself by driving back to their location. The damage itself is unacceptable, but the lack of accountability and customer service afterward is what made this experience particularly disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.
